Just back from staying two nights in the glamping pods with two other adults and 5 children aged between 10-14. We had the best time.
The pods and shower/toilet block were lovely and clean with stunning views of the lake and the hills/mountains. On our last morning the lake had disappeared beneath the clouds!
The food was lovely, as were the cafe and reception staff (we especially loved the recption dog Indie). I'm currently enjoying the home made Welsh cakes I brought home with me and wish I had bought more!
We had so many activities packed in to two days. We were mostly with Beck and Josh who were completely brilliant with both the kids and adults. Really enthusiastic, reassuring, patient and encouraging!
We also did horse riding with Sylvie and Pheobe who were lovely and knew the horses well.
Including the horses and sheep surrounding the site there is a lot of wildlife to spot including hedgehogs, frogs, birds of prey, owls and bats :)
We booked through Acorn family holidays not realising it's a third party booking party now, if (hopefully when) returning I would book directly with the centre as the kits lists received from Acorn were inaccurate leading to us bringing lots of unnecessary stuff and we didn't get the timetable of activities until arrival, which was fine as it added to the excitement!

Horse riding and climbing today - great fun on both. Beck was amazing with the kids and made them feel so confident - really appreciated the efforts to get them to the top!! Cafe lovely too!

Booked my son in for a beginners horse riding session for an hour. He absolutely loved it: was confident, rode independently for the entire duration of the ride and was desperate to try it again by the end of it. Great instructor who was very happy to answer his numerous horse questions- thank you!
Loved it so much returned for a 2hr climbing activity. Again, super attentive instructor that gave him the independence and confidence to complete all challenging tasks.
Can’t rate this place highly enough. Will return when next in Brecon.

Just enjoyed a great weekend with 31 of us staying across the Bunkhouse and Farmhouse. Both spaces very comfortable and clean. All of the activities were fantastic and the location and view were wonderful. The climbing was a particular highlight as the team managed to juggle our huge group of kids and adults across climbing, caving, bouldering and the bridge walks with patience and good humour!

Fantastic experience from booking to on the day. Completed a novice ride with friends and Megan the instructor was very kind, patient and supportive. The horses were beauties and very well mannered. A lovely ride and would love to go again.

Fantastic climbing this afternoon with Josh, our 12 year old and 8 year old had the best time. Bouldering, rock climbing and abseiling all in 2hours, great value for money! Fab Welsh Cakes in the Cafe too!

Oh my goodness. After being seriously let down by another riding centre that totally lost our booking for a two hour hack for our 13 year old daughter, we called in on the off chance that she could have some sort of experience on our holiday. Totally bowled over by their warm welcome and can -do attitude. Our daughter got a wonderful hour and a half hack with Ness with her horse Ellie. I cannot recommend them enough. We found it by accident so don't google horse riding. Search for activity centres instead. There are lots of activities to be snapped up here. Climbing walls. High wire. Glamping pods. A beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. A warm welcome and superb attention to health and safety. Cafe is brilliant with loads of choice and lovely staff. We spoke to various staff members on site and each and every one was welcoming and friendly. Thumbs up from the Pickering family. Sorry about the barking from Molly dog.

Took a mixture of children from 7 to 14 and I must say Josh the instructor was amazing !! Can't speak highly enough!! Helped everyone and made everyone feel safe yet enjoyable!!

Excellent morning with the kids aged 12, 10 and 8. Josh and Joe were brilliant instructors and so patient and encouraging with my nervous 10 year old daughter. Definitely recommend

Booked a multi activity session and really enjoyed it. Instructors were knowledgeable and encouraging. We felt safe but challenged. Great way to entertain teenagers.

Is this place still in business? All the dates on their website say 2017 and I've called several times and the phone hasn't been answered.

Off the top of my head i think it was £28 for an indoor activity session but they also do a days package which i think is £50 but you do outdoor stuff aswell, i would visit their website to double check. Hope this helps :)
