Wonderful day at the races except....

As a member, the facilities are great. However, on a carnival day like the Golden Slipper the bar service was dreadful. They were understaffed. The average wait for a beer was well over 15 minutes. The lines for food in the members were also ridiculous.

Amazing Staff

I had my university graduation here yesterday and had to arrange a wheelchair for my grandmother. The staff were amazing and incredibly organized. Everything ran smoothly without any issues, which made it very convenient and stress-free for my grandmother. The lovely staff made the day so much easier.

Lovely gardens

We loved the gardens and the presentation of the place. Were not there for races but for an event. Staff very good. Security could be a bit friendly though

The Hive Rosehill Gardens

Went to the Hive for a Christmas party. We could get drinks for a few people to start. Then only two per person, then one per person making long queues. When the event was drawing to an end the stairwells were locked and we were forced to wait for elevators. Because we were on the top floor the elevators were full until the lower floors were cleared making it a long wait to leave. Mentioned it wasn’t legal to lock the pedestrian exits and they wouldn’t budge.
Great food with great friends. Wouldn’t go back though.

We attended the caravan camping Supershow which was well organised with many exhibitions. A fantastic place to see them all in one place

Melbourne cup day

Absolutely wonderful place, we went for Melbourne cup day, transport right to the door, beautiful grounds, and food is amazing, well worth spending Melbourne cup day there, staff are great and make you feel welcome. Can’t wait till next year, this is certainly one place that will be on my 2020 agenda.

A horse racing fan, could not wait to try it Sydney style, lovely course, on a very busy Saturday. It was. great to see the venue and the overall event was very enjoyable.
