Great staff offering great advice and assistance

This information centre contains some great staff who are able to assist with your queries. Their knowledge and information on local areas is excellent.

On one visit relating to a family history inquiry at Wonthaggi Cemetery the staff even phoned up the cemetery manager to assist us locate a grave site. It was very appreciated.

Very Helful

Had 2 visits to the Information centre, first to organize accommodation which they were able to do. Next day we went back to sort ot the rest of our trip further north. The chap was really helpful regarding the roads and where to go.

Great team great advice

We popped into the Centre to get some info on the area, including attractions, walks, bars, restaurants and general things to do. The team were great, especially Nichol (not sure of the spelling) - all very friendly and the advice we took them up on was spot on!! A BIG thank you. (2 travellers from the UK)
