It was an awesome experience even though I did shed some tears in certain areas. Very touching experience. Very well laid out and the mobile voice phone was also a plus so you could hear every words instead of listening over speakers while people was talking and kids making g noise those phones made it easier to listen to.

This museum was great! My teenage daughter and I enjoyed it so much! We took our time going through it and really loved it. We were there almost 2 hours and could have taken longer. So interesting and enjoyable!

It was the attraction I was most looking forward to on our vacation and exceeded my expectations. We loved everything from the museum, shop, and even the Titanic banana split at the creamery.

This place is awesome. My son loves the titanic story and the museum is perfect for titanic lovers . The place is so much realistic and give you a lot of information.

Very nice. The staff was wonderful. The audio was fantastic. The Lego ship at the end with the young man's story was my highlight. Fantastic job.

It was amazing that the stuff they recovered from the wreckage. The inside was so beautiful and the lady playing the piano was a great addition

If you are interested in the Titanic you will love this. It's expensive but worth the visit. Need advance tickets. It's imaginatively done.

We were really impressed with the Museum. Enjoyed reading about the people and all the artifacts. Enjoyed the movie about the boy with autism at the end and seeing his Lego model. We didn't have to wait that long in to get in because of the timed entry.
It was recommended to us by relatives, and I am glad we went.

There is a replica of the Titanic in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge! For anyone interested, it provides a lot of historical information about the passengers and crew (even the dogs) on the doomed ship. There are replicas of the accommodations, the famous staircase with the domed ceiling above, and also an exhibit about the sinking which includes an explanation of the angle of the deck as it sank. Upon entry, each person receives a card which gives details about a passenger, and at the end, you find out if the passenger survived the sinking or died. Additionally, there is a room which celebrates the Titanic movie and it has the door upon which Jack and Rose were lying in the ocean at the end, as well as costumes used in the movie. I would recommend it for anyone who is interested in the subject and would like to learn more.

It's been awhile since I've been there but they should have had a kiosk at the end of the tour that you use to pay for whatever package you wanted. If you got the digital album then you should receive an email prompting you to save the pictures you made at the museum. You need to make an account on the magjic memories website and then it will let you download your pictures to your phone and you can print them out later if you would like. I remember doing it that way, at least.

It's a 50-foot walk or a 1/4-mile walk depending on if there's parking open. Could be even longer if no parking half a mile. General rule busy on weekends less busy weekdays

How is it the life vest on display is so much smaller than those shown in the photos of survivors.
In the photos, the vests come down past their waist and just above the knees. The one on display looks to have been made for a small child or is it a replica? It's under glass and no mention of it being a replica.

The Nomadic was a tender with the White Star Line, built to transfer passengers and mail to and from the Titanic and the Olympic. It is the only remaining White Star Line ship and is currently located in Belfast.

Yes, we do have a printed version of our audio players for the hearing impaired. Like the audio players, there is no extra cost. Just ask for one when you receive your audio player and return it with your audio player at the end of your tour.
