Fun games aimed at kids and teens. The toddlers still had fun. Some games swipe your credit card more than once, so watch your credits and play until you are sure your credit has ended.

While my wife and daughter were shopping during Thanksgiving week at Tanger Outlet, my four year old Granddaughter and I took a break and visited the Fun Zone. It is a small arcade (typical arcade games) but games were fun and all of them were working. The games use a rechargeable power card which also loads and keeps track of points you earn toward prizes. My Granddaughter had fun choosing her prize at their redemption center. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is also mini-Golf here so of course we also had to do that. Spent a couple of hours and had a great time. Located at 1639 Parkway at Tanger Outlet. Open daily; Plenty of parking;

Pretty fun arcade. The prices were comparable to other arcades. Overall a fun experience but had a couple broken machines which was my only complaint.

This is not a huge arcade, but it's one we always stop by when in Gatlinburg. They seem to rotate games fairly regularly and there are generally a few new ones when we visit. This is both a pro and con. Sometimes the new games are great, sometimes we miss the old ones, but this is the nature of the arcade business though. Definitely a good place to take the kids for an hour or so to beat the heat, rain, etc. This arcade uses electronic cards for keeping track of your ticket winnings rather than traditional tickets. I find the system to work better and be more convenient than the old ticket method. Game prices are about what you expect in a resort town. Some can be rather pricy per play, but with a little patience, you can have fun for a reasonable cost. We have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating when we need to cash in our credits for prizes or if a machine malfunctions. However, the staff tends to be overwhelmed and it may take a while before they can get to you. This is not the fault of the staff. I would suggest the management hire additional personnel as is can be frustrating to wait, especially if you have smaller children. When we visited on this particular trip, it took about 15-20 minutes before we could cash our credits. And it wasn't a particularly busy night. Having one more person working would solve this problem. On the plus side, it's not terribly difficult to win enough tickets to get a decent sized stuffed animal or other prize. Of course you could go buy one much cheaper, but when you factor in the fun component and family time, it's not a bad deal. Part of the arcade is a small candy shop which offers bulk candy.

My kids are 6 and 10 and they don't agree on much. But they both agreed that this arcade was alot of fun. Our favorite games were skeeball, basketball, knock down the clowns, and ghostbusters. These games gave the most tickets. ☺ There were video games as well other games typical for an arcade. The prize selection was good too. We stayed until close on a Saturday night which was Midnight.

Very fun! As per usual for a ripleys attraction. A lot of different games to choose from with cool prizes to win.

We stopped in on a Tuesday night around 830pm. To find that they were open until 11. Way to end our trip! Friendly staff, not very busy (we caught the tail end of spring breaks), clean and not super pricey. They have a "card" system that keeps all of your tickets right on it...which made it super easy with small kids. We can't wait to visit again in the Fall.

Brought our older kids here and we had so much fun. Tickets are loaded in cards so no extra time spent collecting and counting tickets.

While on vacation I carry as little cash as possible. We went here because Ripleys had an arcade and mini-golf, however, when we went to purchase the play cards the cashier told us the kiosks will only accept cash. They don't allow credit cards... We are in our way to The Island now because they don't mind how the tourist/locals pay and their arcade is bigger anyway.
