sure was disappointing today

rather disappointed today.. none of the Latte machines were working, the oven wasn't working, so most of the food they advertised as you went thru the buffet wasn't available, the croissants were old dry and stale, and the sausages were literally burned to a crisp, the only thing good about today's visit , and we love the centurion Lounges, was Marion, what a great worker, with a great personality... They need more like her!!
and I think the new admittance policy is far to restrictive, we should be able to bring a guest in at several times a year!!

Nice place if you time it right and don't want espresso

Very nice lounge. Was full but not crowded around 1pm. At exit, there was a long line waiting to check in. Available food and drinks were good, but all 3 espresso machines were down/unavailable, and the lunch food was all salads/carbs, nothing that really seemed like a main. Staff was friendly.

Overall, good experience, but dropping stars for all 3 espresso machines being down and the sort of limited lunch options

Nice for Breakfast

This Centurion Lounge is similar to the other in the sense that it offers amazing, chef-inspired food. The condition of this particular location was someone "worn" though, as I saw seat that were ripped and there was literally only one men's stall in operation, which is ridiculous considering the amount of guests they have in here at any given time.

Last time I tried to come here, in December 2022, the elevator was broken, so I went across the hall to Whataburger instead.

Checking in was a breeze. Food was good. I'd return.

Old outdated lounge

It is an old outdated lounge. I own the black card and it substandard for the membership fee we pay. BTW all coffee machines out of service

Too many people

I used to feel special here. I honestly don’t think that there can be this many platinum card holders in the room, or why they let so many guests in, or why they let people pay to get in. The meals and beverage services were always nice here, but lost its luster to me. Easier to go to Admiral club, simply quieter.

Typical Centurion Lounge

It is kind of a weird layout…. Long and narrow. They do there best to make the space work. Food and beverage selection was same as most other lounges. I was there on a crazy busy day due to wether and delays. It may be much better when not as slammed as it was.

DFW Centurion Lounge

Just checked it out on 20221206, it is located right across Gate D11, Pinkberry and Starbucks. Applebee's is right beside it. You have to take an elevator to go up to it. When you are inside, you can see the terminal from above. They also have some private rooms for meeting and such. The food was delicious and they have a wide variety of beverage to choose from. The staff is friendly and they do their due diligence to clean up the facility. The only complaint I have is the tea and the fresca which basically taste like water.

Been here before and it was great... can't get in now OVERCROWDED

Couldn't even get in. Line out the door and downstairs at the elevator Monday evening. Not sure if they have a patron management plan at all

SO. CROWDED.

SUPER. CROWDED. Was in the lounge on a Sunday afternoon, and it was jam packed. Really difficult to find a seat, announcements were made that seats were tight, people need to keep luggage off seats so they could bring more people in, etc. Announcements were both helpful (reminding people how long it would take to get from the lounge to other terminals) and not helpful (announcing just the cities that were about to pre-board - how unhelpful actually is that, with this large an airport and so many different carriers). Staff was really on top of it, though, in terms of keeping the place clean, food and drinks well stocked, clearing plates, etc, especially given the crowdedness of the place.

An Oasis in Charlotte

After unsuccessfully to catch a connecting flight at B terminal in Charlotte after arriving in the far off E terminal, my wife and backtracked to the Centurion Lounge to bide the time in our, now, four hour layover. These AMEX lounges have been my saviors when I flew for work but I had never been to the Charlotte one. CLT is a lot more crowded that we expected so we were desperate to get out from the masses of humanity. Plus, I had built up the lounge experience to my wife so I wanted it to be the same for her. It was better. You are always welcomed when you enter, the ample service staff, and the food choices they provide. We arrived for breakfast which served up fluffy scrambled eggs that riveled mine, keto- flavorful sausages, and wheat-perfect pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed three hours on the complimentary café mochas and it was time for a Southern spread of corn bread, beef brisket, chicken, corn chowder, and the best chewy, monster, oatmeal-raising cookies around. Thanks for making what we thought would be an onerous layover into a delight!
