Sat early eve, Extremely poor service from the waiter, above average food. Very disappointing night out, our guest from out of town said she will never return. Specials? Waiter didn’t mention any. Wine delivery? Halfway through my meal. Waiter never came by to check on us, ask about our meal, he was too busy talking to the hostesses than providing good service. The salmon is better at Whiskey Cake. As a local Frisco resident who finds out often, I left feeling underwhelmed and will gladly bring my business elsewhere.

My wife and I love Crudo restaurant except for today. What happen is right. The chief walk out of restaurant and the bartender/waiter ( first day on the job) is running the whole restaurant. Poor guy just apologize to everyone and not making excuses.

Wow! A wonderful experience! Fantastic food. We thoroughly enjoyed the shaved ribeye crostini, calamari grotto misti (love the arrabiatta sauce), caesar salad (ask for extra polenta croutons...so good), and the oven roasted cedar plank salmon. No hesitation when we asked to substitute spinach for the brussels sprouts. Especially appreciate the personable attention of the staff, and Spencer (GM). The “live” performance of Patrick Rodriguez took our date night to a whole new level!!

Had the pepperoni pizza for lunch. It was generous in size and very tasty. Service was good. I really like the interior decor with lots of stone and real wood. Sitting at most tables, you can see the fire in the pizza oven which provides a warm and cozy atmosphere. One pizza, drink and tip was right at $20.

We had a party of five for a graduation dinner. Food was very good. Service was good. Cons: portions very small for the price said our 2 20 year olds. It was loud small and dark.

Live music, good food and excellent service.
The cocktails are cheap and very good, the wine list is open to many criteria, Recognized wines and other small producers at local and global level.
Ask for Carlos he will make you feel at home

It was crowded by 5:45pm on Friday night. The wine menu yielded a good, oaky Cabernet from Argentina, barrel aged in French oak. The veal meatballs with arugula and mashed potatoes were fabulous! The cedar plank salmon with brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes with baby carrots, and the spinach salad with strawberries and pears were quite good. We really enjoyed the food and drink but the tables are quite close together and it is not a quiet place for couples to converse during the main dinner hour(s). Our waiter, Andre, did a great job and Ivan, the manager, was outstanding. The proximity of seating reminds me of New York City, though. I would love to eat at Crudo Taverna with a group. But The DESSERT - blueberry bread pudding dusted with cinnamon - words fail to describe what a delectable treat it is!!!

Lunch service was very slow, had to ask for ice tea refills. My lunch mates had to ask for refills too. I had the Italian Cobb salad and tomato basil soup. The chicken in the salad was dry and overcooked. The salad was very bland. The soup was passable but not very flavorful. Maybe I had all the wrong dishes based on the positive reviews. But don't think I need to return.

Having been here a few times now, it has never disappointed. Most recently visited for lunch and had the salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Wonderfully prepared and not too much food. Never had someone in my party say they wish they had something different. Consistently very good.

Little gem in Frisco. My first time there but planning to go again and again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the Chef, Ivan and Carlos. We tried the gnocchis and cod. The best gnocchis ever. Try their blueberry bread pudding. To die for.
