Very professional staff. Crystal was very helpful and informative with our first float experience. She provided helpful tips for a first time floater. The room was clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere throughout the spa.

Pathetic customer service, beware of unnecessary cancellation charges when you call and book, the receptionist convinced me to hold two spots for me and a friend when I told it is only one person coming, they still harassed me for no show charges for the other spot. Also not that great a experience

Absolutely best way to relax from it all. Start with 20 mins of an aqua massage and then float for an hour. You'll feel like a new person walking out of there.

A must do while visiting Frisco & surrounding areas. This is a nice place to float. The owner, Ray is nice, professional, & a friendly person. Not only my family & I float here, but I also recommend this type of therapy to my clients. I am a Massage Therapist, Magnesium is used on my massages often & I find it super helpful. Now, think about floating in over 1K lbs of Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate)? If you never tried, you need to give it a try. The list of benefits is looooooooooooong.
You can choose music, lights... they provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, towel & they also have a mini “beauty bar” it has combs, hair products, chairs & a hair dryer. Also, a bathroom available on site. I prefer to bring my own hair brush & products, but it is good to know they have those items available.
Before & after floating you need to rinse off/shower. It is more enjoyable IF you don’t shave right before floating... why? The salt would make your skin burn. Hair dyes.... it is recommended to float only a week or more after so the dye doesn’t “contaminate” the water. The water is clean & they have a very efficient filtering system. You do not have to wear a bathing suit or any clothes, unless you feel more comfortable wearing something. If do, then bring an extra set of underwear so you don’t stay wet.
Awesome for chronic pain sufferers, stressed out people, tight muscles, athletes, jet leg, sleeping deprivation, ADHD, Anxiety, & any person who want to improve their quality of life - naturally. There is not a lot contraindications really & the list of benefits is looooooooong.
Pretty much, come in with an open mind & enjoy what floating therapy can do for you.

Hubby & I went for an anniversary float. I had been several times prior and finally got him to go. The Float Spot is spotlessly clean & has great service. You get your own private room with shower & ISO pod. I do the 90 minute Float. It is so relaxing! It's a sensation like nothing else. I adore the complete dark and silence. I often just go to sleep and zone out. Everyone should try it!

The Float Spot is one of those places that you're glad to have visited once you have had a massage or a float. The aqua massage is great for a quick 30 minute massage since you don't have to take your clothes off and you stay nice and dry. You can pick your level of pressure and can pause the massage to hit trouble areas. If you have never floated, you are missing out! The pods for floating are really cool looking with various lighting options (or no light) and sound options (or no sound). It's relaxation in a way that we haven't found elsewhere. Lastly, the staff there are amazing, they are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating!
