We used to LOVE this mall, but are sad to see the changes over time. It's a great place to take children, with 11 different, large entertainment areas....sea life, arcade, etc. but this means far fewer shops. Most of the "clothing" stores are actually just selling tennis shoes and sports t-shirts...twice as many as there are women's clothing stores, and there are fewer yet men's clothing options. It is notable that there are TONS of families there, but very few carrying shopping bags, so it appears that the mall is morphing away from a shopping mall to an entertainment venue and teen hangout. Don't get me wrong, we love kids, are glad to see families spending time together, we just need to find a different large mall that has affordable prices and plenty of shopping/store options.

Stuck in town because of flight cancellations. Needed clothes. Great stores, nice variety. Activities to do. Great food court

I didn't realise this great mall could be reviewed here, but it's listed, so here goes........
Visited the aquarium here, but after that visit, decided to spend a couple of hours shopping in this much-welcomed Air Conditioned place, especially as outside was 38 degrees!
A fantastic array of upmarket shops, and incredibly friendly staff. The place was huge (I'm not used to this, living in middle of England) and it was shop after shop!
I went on a monday, and it was pretty quiet, (which suited me as I don't like crowds) and I just aimlessly wandered around, ending up at the food hall section.
Again, great choices, a big selection and lots of free samples given out to entice customers. Great food safety practices were being used, giving the customer confidence when eating.
The ONLY drawback was Starbucks, who complained when I paid for a coffee with a $50 note, and they had difficulty giving me change!
It was a great visit, just a great shopping mall.

It a Metro area that is full of shopping malls, this is just another one. Nothing special here, but it is clean and fairly new. The usual collection of mall stores and you will find something to buy.

They had nice stores. I found a very cute bag at kate spade. They had the latest outlet stock. They had saks off fifth avenue outlet too. We mainly visited this mall for the stranger things store experience which was amazing.

My uncle and I decided to come visit. We loved the variety of stores and restaurants plus having a movie theater. The service of the staff is great. We will be coming back.

This mall has a lot to offer. But it is filthy! The outside of neighborhood one entry way as well as adjoining parking lot is a disgrace. Same with neighborhood six on other occasions. Inside while better than outside also needs cleaning. Floors and Trash left behind. Do Better!! Take some Pride!

We recently visited the mall and had a great time. Hardly an empty store in the entire mall which is surprising these days. Lots of different possibilities for shopping. There also is a very nice and large food court with plenty of seating. Several different entertainment venues also throughout the mall. We will definitely go back!

Are kids ride on allow at the mall. Cars that the kids can drive around or the parents can use the remote control. Little cars that go from 2mph-5mph.

I know that they had animal type carts for them to ride that did not go very fast. It had wheels under it,but made to look like you were riding a horse or another animal. I feel confident that they have a parental control with them even though my kids did not ride them. seems like to big of a legal liability to just let kids go on something like that in a crowded mall
