Excellent light show for about 30 minutes in the evening, very enjoyable for all ages. Will definitely visit again when back in Salou.

Friday and Saturday they have a light show for 30 mins. Not to music or anything, worth seeing but not a patch on the fountain show we saw in Barcelona!!

Beautiful fountain with light show and music. Plenty of space to accommodate the large crowds during peak season. All the family really enjoyed it.

We waited Sunday August 25 until 23:30 and there was nothing.A waste of time!!Missing other events to see the fountain with lighting and nothing.And like us many.

The Light Font at the end of Passeig Jaume I is impressive. Its light and water show is magical at sunset and night. Ideal for a family or romantic visit.

We were informed the show started at 21hrs so got down to take a seat opposite. Yes the fountain was working and there's no denying it was pretty.. but no show as such. Website not hugely informative.. it is beginning of season. But more information required.

Has any1 ever stayed at the almonsa playa apartment in salou I've read mixed reviews it's cheap and cheerful so not expecting 5* just clean and a bed but my main worry is it safe recently went to Costa brava and had a very bad experience and there was supposed to be 24 hour reception and security and nothing and teenqges vandilising cars and people's things right outside the hotel .

You would have to get a bus ride it costs 2 euros and 2 to get back. Its a lovely experience to go down there. There is some rides there, restaurants and local bars. It's a must.

What is the best connection from Cambrils (Vilafortuny) to Salou center ? :)

Hi there, it depends on where you are staying.
The bus would be best, it drops off along the front, if you see the Port get off at the next stop, it is the nearest to the fountains.
The bus carries on along the front and on to Cap Salou.
If you are visiting a lot, or travelling in a group, it would be worth buying a 10 trip bus ticket from the bus Plana. Works out about 1.20 euro per trip.
