Family beach. Fewer people than the big crowded beaches in the middle of August.
She's very well guarded.

Zeer Fijn strand!
Leuk Centraal ook voor te wandelen.

Nice cozy little smaller beach. Has a promenade jetty-like along the cliffs to Salou city, evening life and the large beach. There is a shower, talett, eateries and various water activities. Don't have to go very far out for a swim. Popular and crowded.

Not the biggest beach in Salou but we thoroughly enjoyed it here. Got a shaded area and 3 beach loungers for the day which cost only 28 Euro.
Swimming in the ocean here is a pleasure. I walked in to where I could barely stand and didn't have to worry about being swept away. Lots of thrill rides and little peddle boat options you can hire on the beach. Just a short walk along the boardwalk to plenty of restaurants and bars.
Iv never been a fan of beaches... until now.

Lots of people, dirty water. The showers many broken and a huge queue because of course there are many people. Being such a small silver, more than half the beach is the business of hammocks and water attractions that also have grabbed half the sea because they are going out and in continuously beep, yell and throw you out. So they supposedly won't let you dive down the right side of the beach because it's all theirs. In addition this winter the sea took half a beach and the sand is like gravel, not its golden beach sand that before had. Very sad to see how it has deteriorated so much. Before there were pine trees in place of that construction that fit in place of the pine tree. And the seabed no longer counts the deterioration that makes you want to cry.

The Capellans beach has been managed for 60 years by a family that wrote HOSPITALITY, SERVICE, SYMPATHY AND KINDNESS in capital letters, both during the day and in the evening and night.
That is no longer the case as of this year because a deputy in Salou thought it had to be different so that the Capellans beach from this season is managed by a disorganized bunch of people who only have one assignment, get money. There are hardly any free places, where there are chairs or beds one is not expected to sit between them if there is more than 4 square meters free, you must and will rent a bed or chair otherwise you will be sent away unceremoniously. I saw that the police were called because a Spanish family that has been there for years just wanted to sit in a free place and did not want to leave because they thought there was enough space and there was. Eventually these people left, jun shadow was not yet gone from place and a la second immediately poles and beds were put down.
I have been there for 48 years, enjoyed Spanish hospitality for 47 years.
There was not a moment of that in June 2024.
And look closely at that picture, as organized as it was then, his mess is now.

Stunning little beach with the best beach bar during the summer months. It's a lovely beach all year round. It's alot quieter which we like.

Hotel Santa Mónica 3 stars, comfortable facilities and rooms, assorted catering and delicious, satisfactory price-quality. The staff is friendly and empathetic, I will definitely come back again.

The best thing about Salou. Away from the noisy English bars, English food and English people. Perfect! Golden sands, with an amazing friendly bar serving the best cocktails.

Hi there, great place for snorkeling, plenty of fish, sea goes out gradually, very clear.
A steep slope down & back up again.
The big main Llevant beach, you can also snorkel either end, & see fish, it all depends where you are staying. Top tip - take some bread to tempt the fish. Enjoy your holiday.
