From SAN Agustin to Maspalomas. It is a beautiful piece, but a bit dated and in need of some renovation here and there. Here and there a musician or living statue.

There is a man who goes with a cart and a sign giving food to the cats on Playa del Inglés Avenue and profiting from the work saying that it is for the cats. €2 of feed is surely what the cats take and the rest goes to him. Who knows when he recovers every day and says that he is from a shelter. The worst thing is that he is rude. Me and my daughter were feeding the cats something that we bought with our own money, not with what the tourists gave us for supposedly spending €2 on them, and he very rudely told us that the food was of very poor quality. They were cans of cat meat from the Spar and he told us that not even the cats on his land ate that and my response was well they are eating them and he says why are they hungry and I say it must be because he is not feeding them very well. What he said was super ugly, and what he said also left my daughter, who loves helping animals, sad. The problem is that we were screwing up the business that night by giving the cats some food for no profit. I have several litters of cats and they don't need food brands, they just need food. It was very derogatory. And I will send a patrol to see if what he says is true because the way he acted made him understand that we were screwing up his business. I have cats and my cats are beautiful and it is not necessary to buy them brand-name food and he literally told us that that food was shit. If he made so much food for him, I don't think those cats would have come so quickly and so hungry to eat the food. food that my daughter was putting for them

The promenade runs from Playa del Ingles to San Agustin and is a flat walk next to the beach providing lovely views over the sea. Be aware that there are a several flights of steps as you near Playa del Ingles, and although there are ramps running next to the steps, the ramps are quite steep.

The title sums it up really. The mixture of black and imported Saharan sand is off putting so the water never looks inviting and the market stall type shops selling tat and restaurants selling overpriced cheap quality food and drink give the area the ambience of any tacky Spanish resort.

El paseo marítimo de Playa del Inglés es insuperable. Las vistas al mar son maravillosas. Hay mucho ambiente de gente paseando. También hay mucha variedad de vegetación: araucarias, dragos, palmitos, buganvillas, tarajal, sabinas, palmeras, cactus, etc y está todo muy bien cuidado. El paseo marítimo de playa del inglés conecta con la localidad vecina, San Agustín y pasa junto a centros comerciales, restaurantes, varias playas y zonas rocosas. Es un paseo muy agradable.

I just wondered if the rooftop swimming pool with an eating area is still along this promenade ?Its nearly 11 years since we were last in Playa Del Ingles and spent many days at this pool.We are coming back for a holiday in June so just interested to know if it's still there.Thanking you

We are thinking of going at the en the month or the begining of March I guess the weather is still good we went to Tenerife at the same tie and it was hot .Whats the night life like in playa de Inglis it doesn't seem that lively benidorm has hundreds of nightspots

Benidorm is Benidorm and it is best not to judge other places against there.
Most of the shopping centres in Playa del Ingles have bar, club and restaurant night life, it all depends on your age and what you want. I am sure you will find something whatever your taste is. Hope it helps, but remember that Playa del Ingles is renown for its Gay scene and nightlife in certain areas, if you are in a hotel, then I am sure that reception staff will direct you to "Where it's at"

El Mercado Municipal is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8:00-14:00.
Very popular mainly clothes and shoes, also fruit stalls and jewellery.
Here you can also find café and food-stalls.
Great fun to visit.
Address: Avenida Alejandro del Castillo, San Fernando.
A long walk from San Fernando area where the major supermarkets are but certainly a walkable distance. I did it within 30 minutes.
Best get a taxi but they sure to drive you around a bit.
Google map it. It is a straight road from San Fernando.

good morning,
there are boats for rent and boats for trip near the coast, There are a road taht passing along hte sea and there are more than one line bus that pass on it. Sorry but we talking about the last summer...9 month ago for me....but there are public buses to go everywhere...only chech the lines and the directions at one bus stop...the ticket are purchaesable direcly on the bus
