I was happy I came to san saba TO VISIT and we enjoyed the museum trip so much we are planning another visit in november so stay tuned.

You don't expect much from a small town historical museum, but this one will surprise you. It is very well done!! And it highlights the history and personalities of this City, County and area.

Off the beaten track to be sure, this lovely little museum located in Mill Pond Park is only open on weekends, or by appointment. Lots of interesting displays and riches, the vast majority of items donated by locals.There are guided tours available, or just wander about on your own. If at all interested in Texas and/or San Saba history, you won't be disappointed. Free parking.

I assume you are asking about the hat company in San Saba, TX. This is HARRY'S Boots/Dept. Store located at 403 E. Wallace St., on SE corner of Hwys. 190 & 16 at the stop light downtown. Has been in business for 80 years & now occupies 5 contiguous buildings. Second floor of one building is all hats! There are separate departments forfor men's boots, men's clothing, women's boots, women's clothing, and children's boots & clothing. They have one of the largest boot selections you will ever see.
