It’s a very quiet park and a perfect place for runners and walkers as well. And on weekends it’s an ideal place for families to have picnics.

Nice place to meet friends and family to: run, walk, bike, take dog to pet park, play with kids on play ground and cook. Park has two sides - one for fenced dog park and other lake side. Plenty of parking, covered eating areas, bathrooms (normally open and clean) plus accessible water fountains on both sides. Running/walking surface is crushed granite. Total length around both sides is approximately 2.35 miles. Easily accessible from University Blvd or Commonwealth.

The Sugar Land Memorial Park is a great place to enjoy time outdoors. There are many great facilities and a very nice pond to walk around.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Easy to get to and close to the entertainment facility. Good place to add as a "stop" for your next trip.

On the Right, the park has a covered picnic area with grills and a play ground. there's a walking path around a nice little lake. There shade and benches. I love to take my dogs and have lunch there as the Poke'mon Go hunting is GOOD!
Over to the left is more parking, covered eating but less shade. That area has a huge dog park with a splash pad for the dogs!

Room was not clean broken window dog everywhere. Took pictures. Manger stated when I made reservations lift ticket and pool was included. It was not. A vary bad Hotel😠 do not go to timberwind hotel

Two connected tracks. So you can take a short, medium or long trek. There are a couple of nice covered group picnic areas, need to reserve for large parties.
One great feature is a dog park. It has a dog pool and a large area for the dogs to burn some energy.
