Runners, walkers, cyclist and many enjoy the park. Families bring their elders and children to play in the park while teams practice on the soccer fields.

My kids enjoy this playground, and we enjoy the walking trails during the cooler months. We prefer Lost Creek park to the Oyster Creek park. They're connected to each other by a walking path, but Oyster creek is more picturesque and lost creek is more entertaining for littles. We love to feed the turtles in the creek from the path bridge.

A small park but worth a visit if you’re trying to stay socially distant. We walked there and it was perfect - not a lot of people and a good walking trail. Has a really nice covered pavilion as well as open space for picnics.

This park is connected to the larger Oyster Creek Park. It has a nice playground, covered pavilion are with seating and tables, and a bike track (dirt)

We have always loved this local park.
It is located off Settlers Way and at the back of a First Colony neighborhood.
What a wonderful getaway from traffic and the hustle and bustle of what has become busy Sugar Land.
There is ample parking and there are restrooms and covered table area available. Also a small playground nearby for the kids.
Rows and rows of well maintained soccer fields are located at this end of the park that connects with Oyster Creek park via tree lined walking trails.
Our favorite thing to do at Lost Creek is go for a nice long walk.
If you take a left past the soccer fields you can go for a great walk along the tree lined creeks. Plenty of Bird life (look for the Cardinals!), also wild rabbits, squirrels and yes, there are alligators!
We always enjoy our walks and seeing what we can see.
Since the park connects to Oyster Creek, if you like and are up for more of a challenge, you can extend your walk by taking a right at the back of Lost Creek, over a small concrete arched bridge and on over to Oyster Creek.
This park really provides a great getaway, right here in town.
Then you can treat yourself and head back to civilization, if you are an “indoor kitty” like us, and head into town for a Starbucks! 😉
