Super nice place, perfect to take the family. Lots of designer stores, lots of interesting places to take a good photo. Good for having a coffee and enjoying the afternoon. I liked the landscaping too.

Walk through this outdoor shopping area and notice how the roads for cars are small so that cars must go slow, no trucks with trailers can come through, and there is ample area that people can walk without cars intruding. This is how almost European cities and towns are set up and feel. In the USA, when you do find these places they are usually very small developments where everything is expensive brands. It further shows the great divide in financial status among USA citizens, which creates a criminal element on a large scale. In the UK for example, such areas as this Market Street exist in great numbers (literally the entire country), but the items and food in those places are affordable for everyone and not just upper-middle-class and wealthy. Overall, the different classes in England exist together and in the same area for the most part and share within the same community. Look up Greggs for example in the United Kingdom. A small walk-in pastie and sausage roll shop located in nearly every market area in cities and towns, and nearly everyone can afford it. (Right as you walk in the door, the counter is within five feet of the door for ordering. Greggs is awesome. Google it.) See attached photos for some shops that are for everyone. Not everything must be Gucci and Prada to be nice. Put in a small clothing resale store for example where prices are not all jacked up, so that all classes can come to the area to enjoy it. This perspective was gained by my traveling all over the United Kingdom, in which has a vibe about it not felt in the USA due to the great divide of classes and income that exists here on a large scale.
That said, for the USA it is still one of my favorite places to go considering UK cities and towns are not accessible in the USA without a 13 hour flight. My review is obviously based on my travels and comparing countries and is biased in its judgement. For a USA location, this market area is fantastic.

O lugar é super charmoso e vale muito fazer a visita. Recomendo que passem no mínimo uma manhã, tarde ou noite nesse agradável lugar.

I absolutely love this place!! It has gone through some changes over the years, but still remains one of my favorite spots to eat and shop! They do have some high-end shops; Tiffany, Tacova, Tommy Bahama, Sur La Table. The decor for Xmas was just beautiful. Everything is very clean in the public areas, you can tell it is well maintained. Some people had their dogs on leashes walking around, lots of children playing in the grassy area, very family friendly and a fun atmosphere. Free parking. Easy access to I45.

This is a very nice retail section in The Woodlands with a variety of shops and restaurants. There is a movie theater, a few art galleries and best of all a cool open area park space with a splash pad fountain for the kids to cool off in during summertime. Traffic can move a bit slow during peak hours, some roads are one way so pay attention. There street parking and some parts around the green space employ parking meters but there are also parking lots nearby as well as a parking garage.

Una zona comercial muy linda y muy buena para pasear caminando a lo largo de las diferentes calles que la conforman. Muy buenos comercios y restaurantes.

Ugh. From circling around and around to the slow crawl behind people walking to their car, parking here feels like the dreaded Christmas traffic...all year long.

Great place to spend the afternoon. Lots of shops and restaurants. Tommy Bahama, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, etc. Great happy hour at the Hyatt Centric.

Es un lugar que tiene tiendas restaurantes y cafes bares cine , spa etc... puedes caminar y distraerte, en un bonito ambiente y comprar o decidir comer ... puedes pasar un dia o noche agradable, en esta epoca esta puesto un arbol gigantesco de navidad y hay muchas luces , muy lindo
