I booked a four hour rental in October of this year. I got a confirmation and had another e mailed asking me to watch a safety video. We traveled from south Florida. Our rental was at 10 in the morning. We were asked by e mailed to be there 15 minutes before. We were there at 9:30 am and the placed was closed. No one was there. We waited till 9:55 am and started calling. We kept getting answering machines with different numbers I left a detailed message to a Stacy and send her a text message. By the way I had paid this in full since October. No one picked the phone. Finally I get a call from Stacy from a Las Vegas number and she tells me that they had been closed since late October and that she did not know that we had a reservation. I asked her who she was and she told me that they were the owners of the Brian Head franchise. She told me that due to the snow that they were not doing the rental. I asked her how come no one called me for us to arrange something else. Again she said that she did nor even knew we were having a rental. I asked her about a refund. And she said she would talk to her husband. That due to weather there was no refund even though they had been closed since late October. So far she has not called me back and stole $472 This is a very fishy company. BE CAREFUL I WOULD NOT USE THEM.

Our family rented a four seater and had a great time! The best part was the GPS in the UTV so you can find your way around the trails (and return). We booked it for 4 hours and because we didn't waste time stopping, were able to complete the 4 hour trail and the 2 hour trail within our time. We loved the ability to go out on our own and travel at our own pace. This is NOT one of those "follow the leader" type experiences. We all LOVED it. Staff and equipment were great.

We’ve been there twice and both times were awesome. Booking online was easy and they sent a reminder email with directions. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. They are genuinely interested in making your experience there great. We highly recommend this place, we love these guys and plan on going back.

We had a great time taking out 2 UTV's for our family of 6. We took them 2 hours and it was the perfect amount of time for everyone in the family. The UTV's were equipped with GPS and the trails were fun. I would highly recommend the Utah UTV,s

Always enjoy our trips on UTVs from Brian Head Outdoor Adventures. The lady in the office is always so nice and helpful even when she is juggling many things. They have all new machines and they are very powerful and fun. Only recommendation I have is windshields would be nice to keep from eating dirt all day when traveling in groups.

Poor customer service from the owner and very rude. Don't park in her parking lot or you will be yelled at even before you are out of the car. I will not be renting from them again.

The owners were great to work with and very helpful. We were totally thrilled with the experience. The Polaris machines they had were brand new. They were kind, flexible, and customer-service oriented. Would definitely recommend.

Great Experience and ton of fun. We rented UTV for 4 hour. Friendly staff. Our UTV broke down and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Picked us from the trail and checkout was smooth. The manager refunded the time we lost on the trail. We would rent from this place again when we are back there.!

I rented the 4 person ATV with my wife and 2 daughters (ages 8 and 10). The staff was great and provided us a nice route to experience some amazing scenery and lookouts around Brian Head. We did the 2 hour rental, which was perfect for us. The whole family had an amazing time and we'd definitely do this again. I'd also consider doing a 4 hour rental next time.
