Chris was excellent tour guide who was extremely informative and entertaining. Everyone in our group walked out of there with at least one bottle. Good stuff and good times. Standing for an hour after a day at Pow Mow was a bit rough but worth it.

The tour was very interesting and entertaining. Definitely a must do if you have some time to spend in Eden and are interested in Spirits! The spirits are also very good so plan to take a bottle or two with you!

The tour was worth every penny! The owner was our tour guide. It was very informative and my friends and I learned a lot. We got to taste six different alcohols - some of which can only be bought there - and were taught about how they were made and how this distillery is unique from others. The group was encouraged to ask questions. The owner was able to answer all of our questions and definitely rolled with the punches - he joked back with us and we laughed a lot during the tour. You don't walk a lot during this tour as it is a small distillery, but you will be standing during the tour. I'm planning to bring more friends back when we are up this way!

We took the tour with Chris - the owner - and mine eyes have seen the glory! Amazing place and fascinating to learn about the processes, ingredients, etc. I will never drink the cheap stuff again. If you are anywhere nearby, arrange to join the tour. Worth it.

Chris is an amazing tour guide. Our group loved the history and learning about the art of distilling. The science of the whole process is fascinating. The passion for quality and authenticity is evident in the incredible products this craft distillery creates. This was a real treat and we will be recommending to all our friends.

Excellent tour of the distillery and spirit tasting. Chris and Ashley provide a very interesting and educational explanation of the distillation process to include some of their own specialized techniques. Tour included several tastings of their products with explanation on how that specific spirit is created. Great time with friends. Looking forward to doing it again.

Excellent tour of the New World Distillery. Chris and Ashley put on an fantastic explanation of the distilling process including many of their own special techniques. The tour included sampling of several of their locally produced and bottled spirits. You complete the tour being a true Spirit geek!!! Can't wait to do it again.

I came to Utah to visit my mom and sister. The laws here regarding alcohol are weird and it was a Sunday afternoon. I didn't think I would find an open distillery. New World happened to be open so we made the drive from Clearfield to Eden, Utah. The owners there are knowledgeable and super kind. They make a product that even people who may not be big on distilled drinks will like. It was worth the drive to visit and have a tasting of the spirits. They will walk you through how to drink and what flavors to be aware of. They will recommend how to mix or not mix their spirits. I would say overall you don't need to mix them but you will make a damn good cocktail with these spirits. So if you need a small local adventure, making it up to this locally-owned distillery is worth the trip and time. You will leave with a broader knowledge and a great product!
