Season pass holder - love it. Mountain is good for all levels with great snowmaking and big enough that the crowds disperse quickly.

Best sking option in the northeast, hands down. I have been to every major ski resort in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. Only Sunday River & Jays Peak can come close to comparing with Killington. Why? Killington is so big, you will think you have the mountain to yourself sometimes. Killington offers wide open slopes, challenging glades, peaceful trails, and its the only mountain I would take a first time skier to peak. Killington offers easy green trail options from the peak to the lodge, and it has plenty of places to stop at on your way down. Killington also has some of the best black diamond trails in the northeast, plenty of blue trails for the average skiers, and their two terrain parks are very unique and challenging. You will spend considerably less time standing in chair lifts lines at Killington, vs any other northeast ski resort. Killington has lifts everywhere. You can stay around rhe peak, ski half way down and return via two gondolas, or spend an entire hour sking as fast as possible from the summit to base lodge. You never have to take the same route twice. Killington has too many trails to list. The nightlife at Killington is unrivaled. No other mountain offers so many different nightlife options. From a quiet piano bar to full-fledged party time. See live bands at the Wobblybarn or kick back in one of the outdoor hot tubs. This place is a dream come true for younger adults, as well as sophisticated wine connoisseurs. There must be at least 30 different locations to enjoy dinner, drinks, quiet conversation, or you can let your hair down and dance the night away. Don't worry about drinking and driving. Killington offers free shuttle service day and night. Killington is a true paradise for skiers & snowboard riders of all abilities. That is what truly stands out amongst the other 30 plus reasons to choose Killington over any other ski resort on the Northeast. Killington will not disappoint. That I can honestly guarantee. As far as east coast resorts go, Killington is as good as it gets when it comes to variety and scale of infrastructure. When we were there, the snow conditions were pretty awful, which unfortunately affects the entire experience. They have moved everything online for ticket and rental purchase, which is overly complicated if you have multiple people - some on Ikon, some using Ikon guest passes, some renting / some not, all skiing different days. It would have been helpful to just call and do it as the self service took forever! Also, the cafeteria is absurdly expensive and crowded and the area in front of it is so flat that you can't ski from one side to the other without having to walk.

We had a great time at Killington. Plenty of trails for beginners and intermediates. Trails were well maintained. Lifts were running smoothly. We’ve visited Okemo when our kids were smaller, but Killington is a great choice for older kids and teens. We skied for two days- on our last day we skied open to close and still felt like there more trails to tackle.
They have free bag check. Though it’s not manned. We packed lunches and left them in the bag check. Food is pretty pricey. Make sure you stop at the Waffle Cabin. It’s worth it for the kids!
We purchased tickets online- check ID.me for discounted tickets. There really aren’t many discounts available for Killington lift tickets.

Killington is a really large and famous winter resort, famous for its difficulty and appeal to professionals. However, even if you are just learning snow sports for fun, Killington offers a great range of green and blue slopes. It's a big resort with 4 different mountain faces and just as many base lodges, with new and improved lifts. If one was truly dedicated, you could easily ski/snowboard from when lifts open to when lifts close on entirely different trails even on the same mountain. It is an expensive resort, but for what it offers it is very hard to beat.

Killington lost and found service. People are absolutely terrible. Called before 4 o’clock and asked to see if skis were left behind in a particular spot and a particular color easy to find no one could help me out they said that they would get back to me by 4:30 and they were conveniently closed at five and there is not one phone number one person to talk to to see if they were left behind expensive skis And they said that they would get back to me and conveniently they made sure that they were gone call back the next day with all the monies we spend up there and they could not help me out at all. What is this place turned into !!!!!

This place is a dump. Inadequetly staffed, over priced with no towels filthy shower,with footprints in it . The room had not been vaccumed every other local hotel was full so we had no choice. A complait at checkout did not stop them from charging full price & subsequent complaints to Hilton finally got us 100000 points not an adequate response.

How reliable are Killington and Pico Mountain for mid-march skiing now?
I'm hoping to come visit either the 2nd or 3rd week of March this year, I know the resort stays open far later into the year but will it still be good conditions?
The 3rd week actually makes most sense for our plans, but logic says to go for the earlier dated. Would it deteriorate so quickly in a week?

Hi , when we went to Killington, it was to see my son compete on a Spartan Race, The Killington Ski Resort were the race was held was just breathtaking, I imagine in the winter those mountains fill of snow and if you and your family like winter activities, that’s the right place to go. Hi I’m looking to book a trip in January for a ski trip. There’s 4-6 of us and we want a ski in and ski out cabin or lodge or condominium of some sort. Are there any that are a little ways up the mountain? I couldn’t find any that aren’t at the bottom right next to the lift.

Killington has little Ski in Ski Out. There are some places easily walkable on bear. The kiillington Grand Hotel is a 5 min walk as are pinnacle condos and wintergreen. Pico next door has some skiin/skoout
