I had a problem with my di2 group not charging at all. The tourmalet Bike team immediately took care of me when I wasn't even renting from them. They gave me advice and even offered to keep it for charging at night. They didn't charge me anything. Super friendly team, I really recommend!!

Very good experience. Very friendly shop staff, and more than competitive prices. There is a very big difference with the shop opposite (Ardiden Velós), both in the personal treatment, as in the service, the prices, and in the good faith of the former. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service of this store. If you do not know the area or the shops, I encourage you to rent the bike on Tourmalet Bikes, if you want to have a pleasant experience on holiday.

Excellent service from Samuel, also in our Spanish language. Samuel was very attentive and willing. Plus the super central store!

My experience Six Day cross Pyrennes trip: Rear tire wobble (out of true) at the start of Day 1 in Hendaye. The new tire (complete with new tire stubbles) was cut. Two days of "THUMPER" was not an enjoyable experience. At 2nd day end in Luz-Sait-Sauveur, Tourmalet Bikes did swap out the bike at their shop after way too much groveling. Another bike in our group rental of 15 had the rear derailleur falling off prior to getting the bike out of the Tour Operator van.

Hired some top end bikes to climb some local ascents and they didn’t disappoint. Buttery smooth shifting, very controlled and confident breaking and on tap support when we needed some tweaks. The bikes were dropped off to the hotel and fits completed to ensure everyone of our group (7) were comfortable. I personally rode the Astana bike. Amazing! Well done Tourmalet Bikes.

Good range of bikes, rented a road bike and mountain bike. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Bike were good quality and prompt responses to emails.

La MEJOR tienda para alquilar bicis, respuesta por correo electronico super rápidas resolviendo dudas, y el día del alquiler 2 de julio, se portaron fenomenal, cambiando las baterias a las bicis electricas....., las bicis estaban en perfecto funcionamiento, MIL GRACIAS POR EL TRATO, sin duda serán a partir de este fin de semana mi tienda de referencia.

Super équipe,vous pouvez pas trouver mieux en allant à luz saint sauveur.
Il faut pas aller à luz ardiden, le commerçant le moins cool du village.

Une expérience inoubliable avec TourmaletBikes. Le monsieur à l’accueil tjrs souriant et professionnel, il saura vous conseiller le vélo qu’il vous faut. Une dame aussi gentille que le Monsieur s’occupe du contrat de location, l’organisation est parfaite, un travail d’équipe remarquable. En parlant de travail en équipe je ne peux pas oublier le mécanicien qui vérifie tous les vélos avant le départ. Merci pour cette expérience.
