Best sunset in town

This unfinished temple is exceptional and breathtaking when you realize it was built in 530 BC. We arrived just in time for sunset and it was spectacular. You cannot miss this.

Fondamentalmente sono tre pietre, ma quando lo vedi dal vivo ti fa impressione, non so, ha qualcosa che ti cattura. O almeno per me è stato cosi. Ci si arriva dal porto lungo una strada asfaltata che poi continua con un breve sentiero facilmente percorribile che ti porta in cima e da lì puoi vedere anche Naxos Tira che appare bellissima

Great sunset spot & photo opportunity

Short 5-10 walk to this 2000+ year old Portara. Walking around it, admiring the size of the stone portal gives you a humble feeling. Beautiful views out onto the sea and onto town. Come early for sunset to get the best light since the sun hides behind the clouds on the horizon. Be prepared for the many other admirers, however we got great pictures without or with us only. Everybody was so polite and in vacation mode.

Just a short walk from the harbour - literally 5/10 minutes, this is worth a visit especially at sunset!

Pulitissima,gente deliziosa,La Portata storia fantastica collegata al Minotauro e il Labirinto,negozi stupendi e ristoranti tante cose buone niente di così caro,apparte il viaggio ma li vale tutti io ci vivrei davvero e mare stupendo talmente pulito che ti puoi tuffare anche dal porto che dire.....Fantastico davvero una delle 10 isole più belle del mondo,proprio Vero

On ne voit qu' elle quand on se trouve à Naxos Chora. on se presse sur l' îlot dés le matin et le soir au coucher de soleil.

Great view from the Temple

It is quite a walk up the steps however well worth it when reaching the temple the view is amazing and there is a little bar at the bottom which was lovely right next to the sea where you can swim,

This is a must see if you are coming to Naxos. So beautiful and the view is amazing. Kind of bust during sunset, but not too crazy.
