The water is clean, the beach unfortunately not (there are goat stubs everywhere as there are no ashtrays). Very rocky in some places but otherwise very nice. Two sun loungers with umbrella cost 14€

We were staying in a hotel a short distance from the beach with our 9 year old grandson. We paid 14 Euros for two sunbeds and a safe. The safe is a novel idea and welcome. The sunbeds are old and a little close together, as the small diameter parasols do not offer enough shade when the sun moves. Sounds petty but I am 75 and like shade. The sea was lovely and calm, unlike the second time we visited, when the yellow flag was flying. Disappointing, and enquiries of google and of our hotel were unable to tell us on a day by day basis whether the surf would be rough and a yellow flag. So we did not return. Oh, enquiries regarding the nearest toilet were unsucessful. Shrugged shoulders and comments that the ones they have are damaged. So we left at lunchtime. Hence I have only given it 3 *.

It is a large beach, with white sand and turquoise and transparent waters. It's a pleasure to bathe and sunbathe. Very busy but at the same time quiet, it is a privilege to enjoy it

Cala millor: a Disneyland of hotels, visible mass tourism, dirty beach, butts everywhere, rubbish on every sidewalk except those of hotels. An endless pedestrian street of counterfeit shops, convenience stores on every corner, nothing local and typical here. No wonder we see tags "go home tourists"!

We spent a lot of time at the beach during our holiday in Cala Millor. It's a lovely beach, soft sand, clean and plenty of sun loungers to hire if you want them. It's a little rocking in places but move further down and you won't find it a problem. It's close to the shops, bars and restaurants so handy to spend a lot of time there.
We didn't hire any loungers/umbrellas but they were 14 euros to hire (for x2 loungers, x1 umbrella and safe).
Loved walking on the beach early morning when it was quiet.

Beautiful beach but impossible to swim because there are too many waves, it's more like a beach to surf, it's been 4 days that we go and we wait to see what's in the photos of the others, but the rough sea, red flag, dangerous bathing, I asked the rescuers if we have any luck but I was told that it's often like this... unsuitable to go with small children, already adults it's limit if someone wants to swim, it's to jump on the waves or walk by the sea

Lovely long beach , however very busy and a little rocky so be careful with little ones. Lifeguard on duty and sunloungers to hire.

I loved this place. We went on a family vacation. We stayed in Cala Millor (Mallorca) We stayed at the blue see Cala Millor hotel. There the stay was wonderful. This hotel looks like you're in the family. The staff is superb, very friendly.
I have to highlight José,, the cook, an extraordinary person, excellent, concerned that you do not lack the smallest detail, is close, pleasant and always aware of everything. He makes your stay there very pleasant. Always with a good face ready to help you and that you leave happy with the dining room. I never thought there could be people like that in a hotel, after comparing the staff to other hotels we have stayed in. That kid's totally devoted to his job, looks like he likes what he does. He really deserves a bonus. That's great.
I also have to mention Helena, L to cheerleader, it makes your stay very pleasant. She's very nice. They are also and very friendly and nice kevin, Camacho, Juan, Antonia is also a very dedicated woman to her work and always with a very friendly treatment.
Very good and varied food. The hotel itself very well. Clean well too.
But the staff I mentioned excellent. Jose amazing.
I plan to come back next year. Experience of 10. I highly recommend it.

White sandy beach, clean, equipped with rental umbrellas for 14 € (just take a seat and an hour pass for payment), crystal clear sea, and not too crowded to be the month of August! Behind the beach you have the pedestrian promenade for cycles and pedestrians, bars restaurants and supermarkets. Great for a perfect holiday!

Hi I’m due to arrive on the 25-7-23 staying in the protur bonamar hotel I’ve read that Cala Millor beach is better than Cala bona is there areas where u can sunbathe with just your towel and not rent a sunbed for the day also is there some quieter spots along the beach we’re it isn’t as busy

I was there in late February, right before the lockdown. I think that Majorca in general is fairly safe during this pandemic, and I would think that all hotels take precautions to keep tourists safe and healthy.

I wouldnt go 10 days to Cala Millor, why not checking Playa de Muro? Way better for our taste.

I'm in Cala Millor from next Tuesday(25th June for 8 days holiday. I have a couple of questions regarding sunbeds on the beach. I'm a solo traveller, so is it possible to hire just the one sunbed & parasol for the day (I ask this because the sunbeds are usually in pairs). Secondly, are there lockers available on the beach?
My final question is, is it ok to leave the sunbed for lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants? I'm presuming once you've paid, you get a ticket which serves as proof? Is it normal etiquette to leave your beach towel on the sunbed whilst going for lunch/walk/swim?
Thanks in advance. Cant wait to be in the sun!
