I have now been just twice but absolutely loved every minute. The first time was on a gift voucher for the pizza club , we watched mission impossible. What a wonderful way to spend an evening. Great atmosphere, friendly professional staff, the best pizza and to top ot all the most beautiful cinema. It is like stepping back in time.
The second visit with my grandson to watch the ninja turtles. Sadly not a pizza club day bit loved it.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable your prices are too. Thnakyou

Always love coming to this cinema to watch new films. Comfy seats, great kiosk, friendly staff. So handy with it being in the town centre.

We had a great night fisherman’s friends and fish and chips, Louis and the team were great we feel very lucky to have a cinema on our doorstop and will continue to support it.

We have become regular visitors to this cinema despite it being over a half hour drive away. The beautiful interior, comfy seats and relaxed atmosphere makes such a refreshing change to the somewhat depressing multiplex experience. We often come for pizza club and the pizzas are delicious. I have booked three more visits already including a National Theatre Live which I am looking forward to.

What a lovely cinema! The staff were very polite and welcoming on arrival. We got cute, old fashioned admission tickets (which we will definitely be keeping as a keepsake of our visit). We booked a sofa which was very comfortable and allowed us to have a cuddle whilst watching the film on our anniversary. Lots of leg room and the sofas had cushions with embroidered names of film characters on them which I thought was a nice touch. Living in Wilmslow myself, it felt nice to be supporting a local business and we will definitely be visiting the Rex again!

I went with my Nannie and aunt to watch the new movie sonic the hedgehog.the cinema itself was very good looking until we look up and saw wallpaper missing. I thought it was a well damn shame because it nearly ruined the whole experience of the place. I think if you fixed it up a little it would be fantastic.
I rate it 8/10

Sorry not to have replied before - I have been ill. There is a lift. But, bizarrely, it only accesses one of the screens. So you would have to check that the film you wanted to see was on in the relevant screen!

No seating plan available.You are lead to seats by a member of staff which means at busy times you might end up sitting somewhere that is not particularly good...This was still applicable about 4 weeks ago..
