Wouldn’t recommend this pub to my worst enemy. Bar manager needs to be fired as is running the pub into the ground. Toilet are disgusting and people taking drugs. What a shame for a nice little village to be let down by this place.

Disgraceful place! From the bouncers on the door to the experience inside… what a mess here!! The place appears to be a free for all, run by inexperienced kids!!
Poor customer service… Toilets a complete mess! I wiped my feet on the way out! Never again!

Great place, friendly bar manager, lovely locals too, made me feel so welcome...being the only woman in the place! Thank you so much for your hospitality! As for the other review on swearing!! Get a life! I loved it! & I will be back! Xx

Called here late afternoon before a house viewing and were greeted by a staffless bar. Worse still there were several men around the bar area whose language was not pleasant. There was another couple and a man on his own inside who were equally unimpressed with the language being used. It’s such a shame as this is an attractive building but they won’t attract custom unless they tackle this issue.

Really enjoyed my Saturday evening at The Wheatsheaf. Could have a dance in the main pub with a selection of tunes through the decades and upstairs the Secret Snug cocktail bar was a delight - chilled, comfortable and sophisticated, with a menu of over 50 gins. What a treat for the area of Littleborough!

Called 8th April for a drink after lovely walk on Pennines way, what a dreadful end to a wonderful day..... we choose to sit in beer "garden" could not believe our eyes it was evident from the amount of bottles and glasses it had been some time since a member of staff had been out there. As for the rubbish the many kids had thrown about and the soiled nappy left on the overgrown grass well that has to be put down to the parents. An experience I will not be repeating. Do not recommend a visit !!!!

Always pop in here on my nights out in Littleborough. .They always have a great dj on..its always lively and good atmosphere. .and the staff are brill just rushed off their feet the poor buggers ha ha..can't wait to go again soon..

Love this place, good selection of drinks, not expensive and friendly staff. Very lively at the weekends as well and play some good tunes. Probably go there again next weakend

I have visited the pub a few times and always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and its a nice quite pub during the week and has 2 top djs on a Friday/Saturday nights

great locals pub throughout the week with a great bunch of friendly local folk, and then turns into a great club/bar for everything you would want on a weekend, great range of drinks and reasonably priced too, great dj that sets the atmosphere right up there in the village! defiantly the best pub in the village by far!
