If you are a customer and you wish to discuss your booking then please contact us directly and identify yourself via your booking reference. In the meantime, we are being as flexible as we can be and much more so than many businesses - including many airlines and hotels for example. To be clear, we are not cancelling any bookings. Our bikes are here and we expect that within a month or so customers will be free to come and ride as normal. However, If customers take the decision that they do not wish to ride either this year or next then we are providing the necessary paperwork such that they can make a claim on their travel insurance which all sensible (overseas) customers should have for both medical cover and for situations just such as this. We also believe are doing a lot more than some of our competitors. We have had enquiries for 2021 from people who have needed to cancel their (paid in full) 2020 bookings for May & June and have not even been offered the opportunity to rebook; so they are suffering 100% losses if they have no insurance cover. We are offering people the opportunity to rebook through this year and next. As above, if you are a customer then please contact us directly if you have any further queries. RoadTrip has 125cc motorcycles for rental as well as larger bikes.

You can rent motorcycles, original luggage, helmets, clothing and accessories from RoadTrip for as long as you want - within reason ;-). Our bikes are available for tour in UK and Europe - all fully insured and with roadside assistance included. Yes, we can arrange pick-ups and drop-offs from any of London's Airports: Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted. We also have a local airport nearby for helicopter and light aircraft transfers. Our driver will pick-up and drop-off wherever you want.
