Best fitness studio I have ever joined. The coaches truly care and invite you to be a part of a health minded lifestyle in a way you can maintain and not feel overwhelmed. Never gonna quit.

Besthour is a great family community.
I like how the instructors welcome you with a big smile and happy to help you have the best hour of your day.
They have options on how to take classes, in studio, zoom or on-demand.
I never knew how strong I was until I tried it.
Highly recommended.

I signed up as a member with my fiancé in October 2021 to lose all the extra pounds and to get ready for our upcoming wedding. I was super out of shape and hadn’t worked out consistently in years. I love how inclusive they are, all ages and fitness levels are welcome. The staff and members are friendly and positive, supportive of your goals, and just a really awesome community of people. Classes are always fun and a great way to sweat and get rid of stress. I can definitely feel the mental and physical improvements since joining and highly recommend to all looking to improve themselves. As a bonus, they have zoom and on-demand options with your membership, which I find highly valuable. They also have motivating fitness challenges that will help you meet your fitness goals.

I started at BestHour Fitness about 8 months ago. First I have to say that I have never stuck with a gym/workout facility this long ever in my life. The workouts are fun and fresh. The instructors are incredible, fun, motivating, and so positive. I have the option to take classes in Kent, Federal Way or even in my garage on Zoom. I think what I love the most is what we refer to as our fit family. You are surrounded with people who are complete strangers at first, but want nothing more than to uplift and support you no matter what. We are all on a life style changing journey together and our support system is like no other I have encountered. BestHour Fitness is truly incredible. Also I have never felt more strong and healthy as I do now.

I have been a member since March of 2017. I took a break for 1 year for mom duties. I came back on August of 2020. The #BestHour is a great place to workout, it is a community and family. What nice, I was able to have my son work out with me. During COVID the school is closed. The studio was able to accept all the teens age 11 to come workout. I always feel welcome with all the great energy with instructor and members. I feel safe coming to work, in with all the precautions and cleanliness the studio takes. I've come to studio tired with no energy come out with amazing full body workout!

I have been a member of various gyms since I was in college, enjoyed doing all kinds of classes the gyms offered. But I had never been able to stick to any of them. When my friend Pruly first told me about the kickboxing class, I wasn’t really interested. 6 months later I saw the change in Pruly, I finally decided to give it a try and took the first beginner’s one on one class; I liked it very much.
Now two years and 250 classes later, I am still loving it. The best part is that my 14 years old son has also joined BestHour; twice a week we kickboxing together. There is no other place like BestHour Kickboxing. It’s the people (friendly and helpful instructors and members), it’s the culture (never give-up), it’s the fun, it’s the energy, it’s the sweating during the class, it’s the fitness family.
Now two years and 250 classes later, I am still loving it. The best part is that my 14 years old son has also joined BestHour; twice a week we kickboxing together. There is no other place like BestHour Kickboxing. It’s the people (friendly and helpful instructors and members), it’s the culture (never give-up), it’s the fun, it’s the energy, it’s the sweating during the class, it’s the fitness family.

When I first saw the ad for Besthour kickboxing I was really drawn but I won’t lie, I was a little bit scared and thought that I was too out of shape to try a new martial art, one day I saw the offer that was good for one person and a buddy so I decided to sign up and bring my husband along 😀, when my brother in law heard about it, he signed up for him and my sister as well, all four of us took the first class together and that was all we needed to become members, since the opening of the Kent studio we have been loyal because the instructors are not only great cheerleaders, but also amazing down to earth human beings, I’m glad we decided to leave our fears behind and try it out, so don’t be afraid, anyone can do this, anyone can become a kickboxer, you just have to come out of your head and do it, in the studio you will be able to find accountability buddies that will motivate you to not give up and also amazing instructors that will help you push to reach your goals and will show you that you can go beyond your own limits. Besthour Kickboxing really gives you the best hour of your day! You will not regret it 😊

#BestHour Kickboxing is where it's at!! I have been a member for almost a year now and it has completely transformed my body, mind, and strength. The instructors are amazing and help you reach your goals with their knowledge of kickboxing and nutrition. Plus they are all super nice! I have lost 40lbs since July 2020 and it is all because of making the changes to add a new fitness regime into my weekly schedule. Thank you #BestHour Kickboxing!

What I love about best hour is the accessibility of variety.
They offer in studio classes, and an entire online library of kickboxing classes, weight lifting, core strengthening, HIIT workouts, even full body stretching.
The staff is dedicated to my work out and any goals I have. They make it their life's work to make us smile through the workout so it's not just working out. It becomes super fun to actually use your body for fitness and it's all thanks to the instructors. I don't know about you, but I absolutely hate working out. And when I walk in, they greet me right away like I've been gone for months lol it's so easy to fall in love with Best Hour Kickboxing, they make you feel like a Rockstar.
I never thought I would enjoy kickboxing very much, but after trying it for a couple days I was hooked.
They offer programs for lifestyle changing, challenges to help you meet goals, even specialty classes like party theme night fund raisers (for local causes!!), Kickboxing Uncensored for the hard-core Rockstar kickboxers, and they have advanced fight technique classes from an undefeated kickboxer.
These are specialty though, nonmembers have restrictions on what is available to them and full price.
But as a member you have access to ALL of it with reduced prices for specialty classes.
Kent has a bigger mat and co-Ed locker room (but private bathrooms), and Federal Way has gender seperate locker rooms and bathrooms.
