Had a quarterly engineering meeting by spending a summer weekday afternoon racing go karts. Lots of fun and it's amazing how competitive a bunch of nerdy engineers can be. (The boss won but not because anyone was not trying.) The karts are gas powered all the same so racing should rely more on driver skill than the machine. What's tricky about the karts is that the brakes only work on the rear wheels so spin-outs are easy and common.

My last visit was for the SOVERN Charity weekend event to benefit Childrens Hospital. Watching race cars, talking with the drivers was fun. I have been to the Go Cart track with a group of adults and it was a blast for a reasonable price. Check out their web site for Drag Racing, Car Races, and more.

They are very organized from start to finish. Paid for the closer parking, and will do it again especially for only $20.
They have golf carts for a shuttle service for those that need it, and have a lot of staff to help you if needed.
Everything is clean even the port-a-pottys that look like they are cleaned each night....never a line up.
Only thing would be nice if there was a cover over the grandstands to help block out some of the sun, even with a ton of sunscreen I got crispy. Had to get a $4 of water to dump on my head to cool off.
Looking forward to going back again.

A great race facility nestled in the beautiful trees of the Pacific Northwest. We're there every August to enjoy 3 days of NHRA drag racing action and wouldn't miss it!

Had a business function that we had here. Lunch (terrific) and go Cart racing. What a fun event. We had people in our group 25 - 70 years old and everyone had a great time. Feeling competitive? This is the [place for you. They have events open to the public all year around. Bring your Family Business associates or just yourself. Drag races, open track and go Carts. Staff here really cares for your safety and they want you to have a good time. Excellent.

We went to see some races and was not disappointed its loud but fun if you like car races then come to Pacific raceway

PRI is where I learned to drive at 14, in my Dad's Jaguar. We went there frequently since he was an amateur race driver, running a 1959 Porsche 356C. Lot's of fun! Still the place to go for the best in auto racing in the Northwest.

Great track. Clean and friendly. We have gone to several car events over the years never had any issues.

My only complaint is the absolute chaos when trying to get out of the parking lot after the races. We sat for over an hour in a line up that didn't move an inch. We finally got out of the line and went around to a different line up. They have kids who are 'parking attendants ' but they don't do anything but stand there and watch the chaos. For the price of tickets and parking they could provide parking lot attendants that actually directed traffic. This has happened every time we have gone to this track and this is the last time we will go here.
