This used to be an amazing place to be pampered in. Sadly now it is gone. I understand that the Inn has replaced this location with something else but I haven't been back so no idea what it's like.

Spa Essencia is no longer in business. The Inn at Langley refused to renew the lease for the former longtime founders of the Spa, and took over their successful business for themselves. I guess the least they could do is change the name so people dont have the impression that it is the same business.....
I went to the Spa all the time and it was wonderful, I just hope the inn has the class to change the name.

We did aromatherapy massages in their couples room. Massages are also offered in hotel room. Pros: friendly and accommodating staff, truly excellent massages, cozy, clean and relaxing facilities, steam and shower before and available after. Nice hospitality touch - they send you home with a bottle of whichever aromatherapy oil you chose. Cons: Cozy facilities are a bit small which may - if that bothers you, in-room may work better for you, couples massage room has water pipes that occasionally make a "ticking/cool down" noise - it didn't last long and I'm not sure they can do anything about it - again, in-room may be the way to go if concerned. But the masseuses both did such wonderful jobs on the massages themselves that we would recommend you not miss the chance!

More to this than meets the eye. Wonderful massage and other wellness treatments from a therpist who treats the body and soul. Walk in to this warm environment and leave the world on the doorstep.

It really is a shame that the Inn at Langley put the spa out of business by refusing to renew their lease and by taking over the business in an underhanded manner. I heard they want to re-hire all of the spas staff and pay them a lot less too. Pretty shady business practices by the Inn. I would love to hear them comment on this and explain themselves.
Spa Essencia was a great asset to them Inn for years and years. They way the management at the Inn dealt with this situation shows what kind of folks they have running the place.
This is not slander. This is true. Please feel free to look into it more.

Great staff, really sad to see that they will have to be moved out of their current location at the Inn.
