Very outdated. Most of the machines are very old and outdated. Smoking is terrible. No security in the parking garages.

We come to West Virginia because of the ambiance of Hollywood Casino, excellent groundskeeping, watching the horses run from the hotel and solid security team. If you haven’t visited yet, make it your next destination for fun!

Many machines and large sections of the casino were either out of order or closed off to guests. Many less slot machines than advertised were available for use. Quite a few slot machines didn't have chairs. The smoking continues to be a bother and the filth of slot machines as well as the discarded half full cups and cigarette butts on the slot machines were multiple. I did see employees trying to clean but there were too few for the size of the facility. Management needs to walk the casino more often to see the condition and then step up to do something to improve the conditions. Manage !!

This is a fun and very safe place to visit. There are no drunks or people asking for money in the casino. The staff is great.

If you’re looking to enjoy the evening out. I would say go to the Hollywood Casino. They have great entertainment with shows. Also, very nice restaurants and you may want to play the slots for a chance to win some extra dollars.

Wear a ventilator ... it's smoky everywhere you go, even in non-smoking. No reinforcement there either. If you want help getting lung cancer, this is the place!

No one wins here! You can walk this whole casino and see folks with nada, playing for nothing! I visit once a month or so and literally no one wins big. It’s kind of ridiculous

Yes, drinks (non-alcoholic), are free! There are several locations to "walk up" and get your favorite soda(s). I am a non-alcoholic drinker, so I am not too sure about these types of beverages.

There are bleachers outside but no tables. There is an inside, glass encased area which overlooks the track. They also serve food and drinks, which I must say, is very, very nice and affordable.
