Not scary at all. The tour guide made it really fun and relaxed. He explained everything. The views were outstanding. I am older with some mobility issues and was able to do this no problem.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be able to walk up and be added to a group last minute. The experience was great. Guide gave a lot of information about the bridge and let us take our time for pictures and just to take in the experience.

Bought tickets for the Bridge Walk as a birthday present for my Dad. It was an awesome experience! Our tour guide, was great. I definitely recommend this tour if you are in the New River Gorge area!

This was such a fun activity. My husband and I were thrilled with the views and guide. Doug was wonderful. He was fun, knowledgeable and let us set the pace. Wonderful two and a half hours. Highly recommend.

Who knew that taking walk under a bridge on the actual under structure was a thing?! The view from below the bridge and above the ground surface was incredible! We even had the opportunity to just sit and soak it in. Our guide was knowledgeable, professional and amazing!

It was my husbands idea to do this, I wasn’t keen on it but decided to go ahead and do it. Definitely glad I did. Loved it. It was definitely an adrenaline rush. Our guide Misty was awesome!!!!

Doug, our guide was excellent and despite being cool and windy we had an amazing time with incredible views. Doug even made suggestions on things to do following the walk and recommend restaurants to try.

We came here on our anniversary trip and it was an wonderful experience. TJ was an excellent guide. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very good with the folks who were nervous. The views are fantastic and the weather was great. Definitely worth the price.

Absolutely amazing experience! The views from the bridge are amazing! The tour company was very friendly and well organized. The guide was very knowledgeable about the bridge and the ara. Would definitely do it again!!

Can I not walk for free over the bridge? Then I may take then $$$72 guided tour, but I am not ready to spend this money at this point

The walk is on a catwalk under the bridge roadway itself. it would be a very different expperince

Yes! I have read a lot about this National park and it is one of the best! WV state is beautiful and my wife and I are also planning for a weekend here.

Don’t know if this is of any help to you, but when I looked at their website last night the price per person was $72. Looks like it is at least a 2 hr tour though. If you’ve never been to the park at the bridge, I highly recommend it. It is now operated by the National Parks Service.

My Wife was not sure at all about this but quickly became comfortable. Our guide was great. They say 2 to 3 hours. more like 2 total.

No, there are facilities available prior to your trip and when you get back to the takeout. You have no access for about 2.5 hours.
