These outlet mall stores were pretty nice. It was wicked cold out and it’s outdoor. There is a lot of variety and it’s laid out well. Less crowded than the ones closer to Chicago.

Each store has its own entrance, but everything is covered by a single roof. Open air is really nice to walk around and still be enclosed. Clean large bathrooms as well. Plenty of parking.

I was driving up for the Eau Claire Marathon and stopped here to stretch my legs. There are a lot of the common outlet stores here and a TJ Maxx (didn’t know they had an outlet). Employees were friendly and it wasn’t very busy. It is not open air so this is a good rainy day option.

Good store options for all types. Decent prices and something to do to kill a couple of hours. Not overly crowded and all shop employees were incredibly nice.

It is a nice place to shop. Some empty stores but mostly full. Prices are reasonable, you just need to know the prices since outlet prices are not always cheaper.

We had a great experience the fudge is actually cheaper there than in town. We had a great experience in the Coach and Michael Kor they had a large selection and both places were very polite.

This Outlet Mall is a bit underwhelming. It's large, lots of stores. Several have closed in the last year or so. We used to visit the Kitchen Collection store here at least once a year, but it's gone now. In most stores, prices are the same as in a regular retail mall. Weirdly, the service people inside the stores aren't that friendly and helpful. Maybe not paid or trained very well.

I enjoy the open feel of the outlet mall. Most of the shops were open. I love Vera Bradley, Bath & Body works and Hanes/Bali stores.
The mall was not crowded, most all shoppers were masked and practiced social distancing. All shopkeepers wore masks.
The public restrooms were clean.
I was disappointed with the "outlet" prices at Hanes,I found their bras to be expensive. And, The deal was good, buy 2 get 2 free. But, you had to spend $80.00 for the 2. I decided to buy it at home and not be lcked into spending $80.00 minimum.

Very well run very clean Nice trails to walk on ..animals are well treated... A very high and experience very nice staff I highly recommend this for a stop if you're in the area It's very cool... Bathrooms are very clean

You do have to renew it. If you have a AAA card you can receive a discount card. Things have changed since it changed over from being a Tanger outlet mall.
