The venue was good as always but the website and chat functions were awful.
While using the chat function it timed out twice & while waiting for a response from the person we finally spoke too, it timed out again.
It was lucky we took a screen shot of the code we needed as the promised email did not arrive before the film started.
All in all a poor service.

I regularly visit this cinema. I like the variety in showings snacks and that the chairs are recliners. I do however notice the poor cleaning standards when I come. The cinema rooms themselves are always quite dirty. The toilets are gross and there’s usually food all over the floor in the entrance.

I went to ssee Wonka here and have been to see many other movies here before. It is a great cinema, has great seat deals, and a variety of great cinema snacks. Plus, I have been many times and brought my own cinema snacks and they didn’t mind. As I said this is a great cinema and I will be back soon to see the new releases for 2024!

12 screens mean that they have lots of showings of lots of movies; the movie my daughter wanted to watch had showings every half hour or so. The picture was great, but the sound was just a fraction too loud (it was a kids movie and there were some noisy kids so it needed to be quite loud, but I think it was just a fraction too much).
The theatre was clean enough and there was a range of seats and prices to choose from at the weekend. The toilets were passable, but we caught them as a few theatres were turning out so I suspect they are checked regularly. The lobby is the most recently updated part of the cinema and it's pretty, but soulless, with stacks of combo boxes and sweets. There's nowhere to sit and wait for friends or lifts to arrive, just endless expensive sweets.
We'll probably watch a movie here again because it's so convenient next to Cribbs Causeway, but it wouldn't be my first choice for a special night out.

Great cinema, screen, sound, seats etc., but it was absolutely freezing cold. Apparently, temperatures are controlled at headquarters, so staff have to ring though, and they struggle to get a response. Since headquarters can’t feel how cold the cinema is, everyone is just left to freeze, including staff because the main doors to the foyer are permanently open too.

absolutely shocking. booked openhiemer with family, all kids over 15 years of age. didn’t make clear that u had to have “ID” with u for your children. trying to understand, i find a birth certificate but for some reason they won’t accept it. i found this ridiculous as they then recommended an app which u download to prove your age. this was stupid to me as u had to put your birth certificate in it anyways to prove your age. so why couldn’t i use my kids birth certificates anyways without the app, just doesn’t make sense to me. only reason why i gave this 2 stars is because the popcorn was alright.

Went to see the new Avatar film last weekend. Chose the comfy seats - great for a long film - plenty of legroom and straight on view of the screen. Why is popcorn SOOOO expensive???? Popcorn cost more than the film!

Went to Cribbs Vue yesterday to see the second Avatar film. We found the place seedy, there was a leak in the foyer with buckets to catch the water, the men's loo smelt, there was nobody attending the check-in desk and we had to buy our 3D glasses.

The special offer of seats at £3 is amazing.
We went to see Maverick Top Gun which was pretty mediocre but that’s not the Cinema’s fault.
Seats are extremely comfortable and it’s overall a good experience.
Helpful Staff etc.
Why oh Why do they charge crazy exorbitant prices for sweets and drinks.
I like many other refuse to pay such idiotic prices.
Example for a can of J2O- £4.49p bottle of water £2.50p
I don’t begrudge any business making a profit but get real.
