We LOVED this place! The history, the room, the photos and information about the hotel! Thankful for the helpful staff who helped us get dinner reservations and were so helpful with everything! We stayed in the Rough Riders room, and we slept so peacefully and soundly! Every detail in the room was spot on! We also enjoyed the wonderful egg bake at breakfast! This is a HISTORICAL GEM that is not to be missed!

Wonderful place to stay with so much history and charm. We stayed in Wild Bill Hickok’s room and loved it. Very clean throughout the Inn with friendly and helpful staff. Instead of watching TV we sat out on the front porch and visited. Cozy and peaceful.

ein wunderschönes altes Hotel in Sheridan. von aussen unglaublich stilvoll. Wir haben höflich gefragt ob wir das Hotel auch von innen (Halle)anschauen dürfen. Unglaublich nette Angestellte haben uns das so freundlich erlaubt. Wir waren begeistert. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

We dropped by hoping to learn more about the hotel, its' origins and Buffalo Bill`s influence. The desk person was cordial but rushing to submit a report so he was unable to give us the customary tour. It`s worth a visit IF the tour is provided.

In May, we stayed one night in the Miss Kate Arnold room 306 and enjoyed this historical hotel very much. It is clean, beautifully restored, and comfortable. Our room was spacious. We loved the bathroom with the tub, tile flooring and fixtures. The breakfast bar was fresh, local, delicious and much more healthy than the processed food at a chain hotel we stayed in the night before on our long drive to Yellowstone. We look forward to returning next year. Now to decide on which historical room to try:)

Our favorite part of the trip to the Sheridan was our room. It felt like a treehouse in the woods as did the front porch area.

Outstanding place to stay. This history is evident throughout the hotel, but it has been respectfully updated with amenities that rivaled Four Seasons, where we stayed the following night.
It is an easy walk to downtown, and the shops and restaurants are local and charming.
The rooms are charming and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was included, and very good.

If you love staying at a place with lots of history and charm, this is the place for you! The owners have done a great job updating this Inn originally opened in 1893, while retaining its historic feel. We loved learning more about Buffalo Bill, Annie Oakley, Sitting Bull and others of that era with the great booklet in our room. Barbara at the front desk was welcoming and answered many of our questions.

Stopped in for a quick visit because of its history with Buffalo Bill. Sweet lady at front desk gave us a peak into the bar and some history. Did not stay there but looked cool.

Best thing to do is Call the Historic Sheridan Inn and ask. They would be a faster and more persise on what they have available. But good question. I personally have never seen a roll in shower.
Good luck.
What are the prices for 2 seniors and 2 children 10 and 12. How about a well behaved dog?

There are plenty of choices when it comes to rooms for four people. Medical pets are allowed but no others. The prices are all listed on the website sheridaninn com
