Not only are these just the most amazing cookies, but the staff at Eleele (shoutout to the Gorgeous Ruth) are fabulous. The customer service and personal attention is absolutely second to none and much appreciated.

We usually stop at the cafe / store. This was our first visit to the factory. Very nice / friendly staff. Oooh and all there cookies are delicious. You can’t go wrong here if your a cookie lover

Pretty much un- extraordinary - you wonder if you walked into the wrong place at first. Just a VERY basic gift shop with their cookie type food for sale along with a few misc items also . Located adjacent to factory - parking lot was packed and we were only people in gift shop . I wonder why they bother to have a space at all ! Plus it’s not inviting ! The only positive was they offered free samples of cookies , which were tasty !

Was very happy that we were able to stop and get a variety of wonderful cookies. This location has far more variety than the grocery stores and is really just a small storefront inside the front part of the factory.
I wish they would give tours. This place has so much potential. Not sure if it would just be too much for the owners but I’m sure tourists would totally take part. Who doesn’t love cookies?
The experience was still a good one but only lasted about 5-10 minutes.

Well it is not a fancy place, but the “Kookies” taste great. When you walk in there are plenty of samples. Taste them all. Hard to beat the shortbread macadamia nut.

Es handelt sich um einen kleinen Fabrikladen von Kauai Kookies wo man bei Nachfrage auch Kookies probieren kann. Viel zu sehen gibt es nicht und die Kookies kann man ja auch in anderen Geschäften auf der Insel kaufen.

カウアイクッキーは、ホノルルクッキーやビッグアイランドキャンディーなどに比べてチープな感じがありますが、なかなか美味しいです。
カウアイクッキーは、箱の5oz $4.75
はスーパーでもどこでも買えますが、小袋入りはあまりなくこちらに買いに行きました。
小袋1oz $1.39 クッキー2枚入り
また、4種類(プレーン、コナコーヒー、グァバ、チョコレート)のアソート
ビニールの袋にまとめて入っているもの
15袋入り$17.95
ビニールだと割れやすいから、少し安いのでかも…
プラスチック製の箱に入っているもの
20袋入り $23.75
24袋入り $28.75
紙の箱に同じ種類
10袋入り $11.99
と、種類が豊富でした。
会社のお土産に小分けが便利です。
一目でカウアイ島のお土産と分かりますし、美味しいです。
他にもシナモントーストやドレッシングなどもあり、カウアイお土産ならここで。
温めたクッキーのサービスをしてくれますが、良い意味でほったらかしにしてくれるので、ゆっくり選ぶ事ができました。
ちなみに、ここの店舗以外にもポートアーレンやKalaheoにも店舗ありました。

My wife and I visited Kauai Kookie at the Port Allen location. We were expecting a fairly large factory-type establishment with several samples available and large cookies to choose from. Instead it's the size of our living room. We were offered one sample of a very small cookie that didn't have much taste. There was no factory, just small bags of small cookies. We didn't want to take a chance on buying a bag if it didn't taste great so we left disappointed. This business could be SO MUCH MORE, but isn't.

This is a hole in the wall and once you walk in they offer you a sample bite to eat. There are cookie boxes on all walls, they have all sorts of flavors, and candy too. This is a cute place which puts them in the cookie race. Stock up!
