AMAZING. They delivered and picked up the bikes to us, the bikes came with a lock and baskets and were perfect. We spent the day biking north shore and stopping at the beaches along the way — I couldn’t recommend this bike rental (or just to spend a day beaching and biking!) company more. If you’re debating, do this!

We had a great experience renting from North Shore Bike Rentals. Logan was easy to get in contact with, the bikes worked great and the ride was fun!

Bad communication. I can never talk to someone. We cannot find the location. We were at Sharks cove but cannot find the location.

This review is long overdue after renting a variety of bikes from these guys while staying on the North Shore in December. We rented adults, kids and tandem bikes for our family group and all were great quality bikes. What makes this company is their great service, from time of booking to dropping the bikes off at our rental house, to picking them up again. Was great to have the freedom to bike to some other close-by beaches. Would highly recommend. Thanks again North Shore Bike Rentals!

Joe was a pleasure to deal with and the bike rental was very good value. He also had bikes to suit our kids aged 13 and 11. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. We had a great day out exploring the north shore beaches! 😁 Thanks!

Excellent service and communication on delivery/pickup of bike, was a great bike with basket, lock and helmet nothing else needed but your leg power to cruise around the North Shore - was so great! Just look out for the chickens on the paths!!

Having bikes delivered straight to us was super convenient and they made our trip! We'll definitely rent from them again when we come back.

A family run bike rental. Great service. Honest. Trusting. And very nice. The bikes are clean. In good working condition. You get a bike. Helmet. And bike lock.
They want your business and will work hard to get it!! Great service.

We rented two bikes, for three days and from the moment I emailed our booking, the customer service was outstanding! The bikes were delivered to our accommodation at the time said ( we were late and they waited for us to arrive) . The team went out if their way to accommodate us and we had so much fun, riding along the beautiful north shore. The bikes were in top shape, with bike locks,baskets & optional helmets and I would totally recommend North Shire Bike Rentals to everyone!!
