For bleachers can you bring a bleacher chair ? Or do they have seat indentions for you to sit on?
Can I bring sandwiches to a ball game?
Looking to purchase Giants tickets on May. What is the best way ... MLB site?
We will only be able to attend one game during our trip to the area. For the best overall game experience, should we go to a 6:45 evening game or a 12:45 game with kids ranging in age from 8-16? This will be the first week in June vs. the Padres.
Well, guess it would mainly depend on how your 8 yr. old would hold up staying up late. Every kid is different and you’d know that best. Evening games have the best energy (imho) and are beautiful with the lights and city views, but can get a bit chilly in June. If being chilly isn’t your thing, then I’d go for the afternoon game. Still lovely as it’s a great stadium in a beautiful location.
If it's a promotional day, where do you pick up your free item.
Just ask ! When you approach the stadium there are a good number of “greeters” who are there to help you. They will direct you the right place for you to enter the Stadium and explain the route to your reserved seats. They are fans as well as official “greeters” and will be fully aware of any promotions and free goodies on offer. Don’t be shy, that’s why they are there. We were first timers and they were so very helpful. They want you to enjoy and return! Enjoy
We have tickets for an afternoon game on a Saturday at the end of the month, and are thinking of grabbing dinner at a local restaurant after the game. Do the restaurants around the park get packed when the game lets out? Should we leave the game early to beat the crowds? Any advice on the restaurants in that neighborhood? Thanks. Robin
There are many great places to eat near the stadium, but they get packed and its hard to know if you want to leave the game early if it's close. We often Uber up to Union Square to eat at places there, like Farallon or Scoma's at Pier 39. Then just come back after the crowds have gone to get your car
