We took a wine tour with Tyler, and he was absolutely fabulous! He is very knowledgeable about the area and was very professional. Definitely recommend them for your next trip to Asheville whether you’re doing a wine tour or something else in the area.

Just recently took a girls weekend in Asheville and we had Backcountry Butler put together a winery tour for us. It was an awesome experience. Michelle made sure to make us feel at home at each winery. Set us up with a delicious charcuterie board and caprese salad. We visited 3 Asheville wineries and ended at Sawyer Springs which was incredible. This was a little celebration of all the events missed because of 2020 and Michelle made sure to take excellent care of us! We had a blast and will definitely be back! Can’t say nice enough things about this company!

We booked a winery tour and were so impressed with every thing. Booking is so easy, Tyler responded right away to my e-mail and answered all of my questions. We were picked up from our hotel and went to 3 wineries. They provided amazing snacks and even went to get us apple cider donuts when we were doing our wine tasting! We had such a great time, in large part because of this wonderful service. Couldn't recommend them more!

Roughly a year ago I won a silent auction gift certificate for a waterfall tour with Backcountry Butler. I was finally able to use it today, and all I can say is AWESOME. The entire day was perfectly planned, and the waterfalls and related sites we visited were beautiful. I look forward to using Backcountry Butler for future excursions; today was one of the most relaxing days I've had in a long time. Highly recommend!

If you are debating on whether to use this company or not.. stop NOW and CALL them!!! Tyler and his staff are literally the BEST in the area. My mom sister and I did a wine shuttle to three wineries in the area and it was 110% ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. They set up MASSIVE food trays with cheeses for us with a table cloth at two of the wineries and we so attentive to our needs! At the wineries everyone was looking at us and jealous of the food trays because they were so elaborate! Tyler got back to my emails ASAP and was so knowledgeable about the area. His wife Michelle was our driver for the day and she was AMAZING. This was a once in a lifetime experience that we will NEVER forget! Thank you so much Tyler & team for such a WONDERFUL day! Book them!!

Backcountry Butler is simply the best private guide we have ever had. Tyler the owner is so terrific, extremely knowledgeable, engaging personality, and goes above and beyond to make each of our 3 days memorable. We saw wineries, water falls, learned history, and had an amazing 3 days with Tyler. His fleet of cars are so clean, well equipped, snacks, water and to top it all his knowledge of Asheville and hidden gems to discover around the area made our trip very enjoyable. We hire private guides when we travel and by far Tyler is the finest guide we have ever met.

Tyler and his team did a magnificent job helping my wife and son during their recent trip to Asheville. Not only did he transport them from and to the airport but also took them to a grocery store after they arrived. When my wife needed a medication picked up urgently from a pharmacy late one evening, all she needed to do was to call Tyler, and his team took care of everything. I would not hesitate to use his service again; he and his team are fantastic!

Tyler is a very friendly, professional, and courteous gentleman! We used him as a getaway car service. Price was good, he went above and beyond and helped us load a bunch of alcohol into and out of the car!

Great communication with prompt replies! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. BCB was very understanding and refunded my deposit within 15 mins. Absolutely amazing!! Will definitely contact them in the future.

We hired Tyler to take us around to wineries/breweries in the area. He told us facts about the area as well. He picked all the best wineries/breweries so I did not have to do the research. He provided very yummy food too. Went above & beyond. Super nice. Hire him!
