This place has the best queens!! I always sit at the bar. The queens are interactive, they have the usual bridal etc shout outs, but they don't take over the entire show, like other places do. They will meet and greet, and take pics, after the show. There is no card payment availability, so take plenty of cash, including at the bar. There is a cover charge, that is cash only, but there is an atm inside if needed. Jaques will not disappoint!!

Not a real drag show, although queens do work hard but it gets boring fast.
Place is dirty and staff is quite rude while parties are spending a lot of money on drinks and tips. Would not recommend.

One of the best and most exotic features of this particular cabaret is that no glasses honey. No broken dreams and shots, you get dixie cups.

Up for a good time but don’t like being repeatedly insulted on stage because they think my hubby is hotter than time — on my bday.
I get enough of that from my mother in law ... this was supposed to be a fun night and those performers were relentless.
Drinks are overpriced and no one told us it was all cash. Staff was also very rude to my party after I dropped over $300.

Dirty atmosphere, plastic beakers, cheap tasting drinks. Dirty place unclean
It’s not acceptable to charge 15 usd for squalor

Small, dark but lovely! we had a great time with the show. The cabaret style show was different from what I have experienced before but it was still entertaining. I was expecting real singing and not lip sync and dance but the performers made it fun, all 4 of them. All and all, I would return because the show was high energy and fun!

If you have ever been to a real drag show, don’t go to this one. This “show” will have roughly three minutes of performance followed by queens roaming the crowd soliciting money with no flair or performance at all. It’s get boring really fast. So either get blitz so you don’t care that this is really not a show or don’t go at all.

We went to Jacques in Boston not knowing what to expect. We knew it was supposedly gay, but actually it was a rather amateurish drag bar with a relatively straight almost 100% female audience. Quite strange!

This was our finale for a bachelorette party, and it was a great choice. It's a small bar, with some large, and in charge, entertainment. (It's a drag club, so extra flare.) The ladies performing all had their own style, and it was a lot of fun! One of the women did songs that you knew, but with a dirty dirty twist, and she was hilarious to watch perform! My favorite had some serious 'tude in a great way! She gave grief (in a fun way) to those being cheap and only offering a dollar tip, have some sassy side eye, and other things like it. She also had my favorite performances, too. Most of her outfits had movement to them, or she changed part of the way through, or both. She had some serious moves, too. They pulled all those celebrating birthdays up, and then, they got up all those celebrating engagements. I like that they gave all of the people a second to really shine and celebrate their big event.
Also I was in charge of organizing for the bachelorette party, and the guests sucked. I think I called 4 times in one (that day) day to change the number, because of last minute additions and drop outs. They were so great to accommodate me, and I'm really grateful that my cousins bachelorette party wasn't ruined by the guests.
