“Loud music but good for simple bar food ”

Loud music but good for simple bar food

This pub has a reasonable range of bar food. Burgers, sandwiches, pizza etc. Food was a good standard.
Music was load and heavy (think metallica) while I was there.
Loads of screens showing sport.

Not bad for lunch

It was close to the Duck Tours, so when we got off we tried it for lunch. The wings were nice size, crispy and coated with a nice garlic Parmesan sauce. It was $10 for 6 wings, so a little high. We had a couple of sandwiches, Honey BBQ Melt and a Fish sandwich. They came with fries, so we up graded to a salad and onion straws. They averaged $14 each, so a little high. We split a mixed drink, tall glass for $7. That was a good price. The food was good, the atmosphere was upbeat, the service was okay, the drinks are cheap. The open receptacle is not for charging you phone, I believe.

Ya en LA Trever visita, pude certificar que Las alitas BBQ picante suave y las alitas CAJUN, son excelente. Aparte, le cerveza bud light, a solo 1 dolar. El ambiene es tipicamente Americano, con pocos Turistas y El servicio, muy agil! Siempre vuelvo desde la primera vez! Vale la Pena!

Horrible, wouldnt recommend.

Aggressive bar and door staff after spending the duration of our night in there spending our well earned cash, we had one skinny Italian American tell all the patrons that we had to go, nearly 45 minutes before the bar closed. They didn't even give us time to finish our drinks that we had paid for.
It was an absolute joke, would not recommend to any tourist who were American or European especially Irish, they were muttering F*ing Irish people while we were there, we were very tame and passive, trying our best not to imitate the typical Irish stereotype, nonetheless we're were excluded and ushered out through a very discriminatory fashion.
I and my friends would not recommend to go here no matter the deals on show.
Very poor hospitality to patrons.
Overall 1/10 for the very unfriendly attitude that was provided, alongside the very anti Irish sentiment.
Please Do Not Go Here .....

I was thirsty after an 8 mile bike ride into downtown so I came to Coogins

Get $1 Budweiser after a day of walking or biking though Boston's downtown. You can't beat it on a summer day. Location is supreme right next door to the Customs House.

Decent food but the personel made me feel like I was just wasting their time.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while sightseeing in Boston. From the outside the place looked fairly decent. Upon entering the smell of chlorine was overwelming. Wed decided to stay anyway since we were hungry. The waitress was very impatient when we ordered as we were pressured into placing an order or she was on her way. The only aspect that saved this visit was the food that was well prepared with good presentation and taste.
