We were looking for an Italian restaurant and had a lovely evening. Nice, friendly and efficient service. The pizzas were a good size and super delicious; then wine too.

Good service, nicely equipped rooms, excellent location near Prudential mall.
$3 shuttle to Logan airport 2 blocks from hotel. Old Town Trolley tour station 200 feet away from hotel.

I can only review the hotels restaurant. My husband ran the Boston Marathon and i hung our here for quite a few hours.
All i can say is wow. Your staff is amazing. Thanks so very much for your hospitality. You are very lucky to have this crew.
We ended up bringing 8 people for dinner after my husband crossed the finish line. You all were so very kind to him as he was exhausted.
From the bottom of our heart. THANK YOU !!

Loved everything about this hotel in Boston! The manager Adam, as well as all the hotel employees made our stay in Boston P-E-R-F-E-C-T! I was in town for the NAEA and the hotel was more than happy to store my items for my art workshop. The staff was more than happy to help us with countless direction and transportation questions. The hotel is quiet and comfortable ( hottest shower ever) with free breakfast including: bagels, fruit, coffee, and juice. There is a bar downstairs as well as a restaurant next door. The hotel is across the street from the Boston Public Library as well as the Boston Marathon Finish Line. I was rather sad to leave this awesome hotel after a four day stay....they were like family!

Sugar laden, badly made cocktails. I at first did not want to meet friends here, since this place has a reputation for bedbugs, gross! But I went at friend's insistence that a great cocktail bar, except the bartenders have no clue how to make a decent drink without cheap, sugar laden mixers. Skip this place

Excellent location near the subway and overlooking the beautiful Boston Public Library and Marathon finish line. We were particularity pleased with our street-facing room as we ended up with (warm) front-row seats to the Patriots' victory parade! Lovely clean facilities and a basic yet filling breakfast included with our price were much appreciated. Really enjoyable extensive music collection through the TV system too. Would thoroughly recommend staying here!

El hotel es bastante caro lo mejor que tiene es la limpieza y ubicación, el
Personal también muy agradable pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y lo peor de todo es que no puedes abrir las ventanas para tener aire exterior lo cual da la sensación de ser un pez en una pecera, al tener que encender el aire el ruido para dormir se hace insoportable, muy pobre desayuno.

This is review is about the margaritas in the lounge only, not the hotel. Asking for a spicy margarita resulted in a drink that tastes exactly like their pineapple pop margarita, except with lots of ice. When asked about the pineapple flavor, the (admittedly new) bartender insisted that that there wasn't any pineapple in the drink.

Words cannot describe how much I love this place. I usually try to stay here every time I visit Boston. This visit, I stayed at a nearby hotel for specific (unfortunate points related) reasons. But I still drooped in to The Charlesmark for a drink at the bar. The servers are wonderful and welcoming, the vibe is welcoming and chill, you actually end up chatting with other patrons (and having fun) even if that's not your thing, and enjoy it. LOVE this place, even though I missed the famous Jefferson this time around

This hotel is about $100 per night cheaper than the "big boys." It is clean, fully staffed and very capable. Rooms are relatively smaller, but location and cleanliness makes up for space. Located about 20 yards from the Boston Marathon ending and across from the Boston Public Library, the ability to get the Bus on-and-off and other rides to see this town are convenient. We bought the two day bus pass and used it to see most of downtown....our favorite being the Northside. Highly recommend the place and heard them negotiating $170 per night rooms to callers....so negotiate and enjoy. Boston is fantastic.
