I booked this after I bought a groupon voucher but it did not take the groupon voucher and instead charged me for the booking at full price. I called several times to get a refund . I spoke to both Mittie and Austin and told me they had expedited the refund but they actually did not and I never got a refund. They still sent me emails about the upcoming cruise on the day it was suppose to happen! I ended up contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge!
They don't seem to be a reputable business so beware !!

We really enjoyed our cruise! Our captain was really funny and knew a lot of cool facts about the harbor, that even we didn’t know as life time residents of Boston. My only issues were as follows: we were expecting a bigger boat so we can move around, but that was my own fault for not researching the cruise before purchasing the Groupon. Also- there are 0 green cruises signs, and the boat we took was labeled Rowe’s wharf water taxi. All of this would have been helpful to know when we checked in because we had a really difficult time finding the right ship. Overall, it’s 28 dollars for 2 tickets which I think is a great deal for what you get!!

Hugely informative and well worth the time. Spectacular views of Boston. Great way to get a different view of downtown. Learned things about Boston Harbor I did not know before.

Received a groupon for this tour as a gift from one of our kids. The trip only runs on Saturday and Sunday nights at 5:00 and 6:30 If you need to cancel, you have to do so 72 hours in advance or you will lose your purchase. We scheduled, arrived in Boston, trip was cancelled due to pending storm, then no rain. We rescheduled for the next evening, then the trip was cancelled due to mechanical failure. Third time we scheduled it all worked out, although the trip left late due to the late arrival of the captain. It was an enjoyable trip with an experienced captain and pilot. I would probably not take this tour again due to the limited days and times and the strict cancellation policy, but for folks in town for the weekend or day, it's a nice trip if you can get on.

The company cancelled the trip on us and never refunded our money. Tried many times to contact the owner and he didn't bother to call us back. Who cares, we are in Canada. Monkey business.

We bought this tour on groupon and we are really glad we did. It was a beautiful view of the city from the water. Boston has one of the prettiest skylines. Our captain shared a lot of history with us so it was also an informative tour.

Took a tour of the harbor and it was amazing! Tour was very informative and offered great views of Boston! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful, knowledgeable captain! Sunset tour was beautiful. Ended with the passengers giving crew a round of applause for the perfect night on the bay.

Came for a weekend visit. The captain was very knowledgeable and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this tour. Even if you are walking around the city to historic sites, this tour gives a completely new perspective of all of the major events that took place in Boston and how they are all connected.

My boyfriend loves history and he never been to Boston. I made plans to celebrate Boston and the best to know a town is to take a tour!! This boat tour was amazing!! He had a wonderful time. The captain was knowledgeable!! I definitely would recommend this.

Hi there! Are there good restaurants near by ( walking distance) that are family friendly (my husband and I have two boys: one teen and one tween). And I’m not sure if we are in the Financial district, the Seaport district, East Boston, so I’m having a hard time finding restaurants near BG Cruises. Any suggestions? Thanks!
