Disgusting...It was like it had never been cleaned...ever! I gave it two bubbles because it did have very good sound. Just needs a deep cleaning!

Unexpected find in Boston. After riding the T subway, we were not quite sure 'what do next'. Had credit to see Top Gun Maverick (2nd time), and was a great pleasure. Big theater, plenty of leg room, and sound and screen excellent.

Visited to watch Top Gun Maverick, booked tickets in advance as it was the first sitting. Sound system and picture quality were amazing . Cinema is a little dated however it does affect the experience. Good location right across from the Boston common park.

We were visiting the city from London and had walked around all day so we were exhausted by the time the evening came around. The answer: chilled evening at the movies. We loved it. The theatre is big so it isn’t crowded, usual cinema snacks and overall a pleasant and relaxed evening. Nothing flashy, just an honest night out with a good movie.

is seeing a film in person at a movie theater. Since Boston is opening up again and I've been vaccinated, I decided it was safe to venture out to the AMC Lowes located at Boston Common. This is a large multiplex within easy walking distance of the Park Street MBTA stop. I especially like the old movie posters decorating the interior and the large windows on the second floor that overlook the Common. Although the theaters here don't have reclining seats, this isn't a problem for me as I happen to like stadium style seating.
Purchasing my ticket online was easy and I chose my seat; social distancing was in effect, and masks were also required unless a person was eating or drinking. However, the mask requirement for vaccinated people may already have changed since my visit last week. On the main floor, I saw one person getting a ticket at one of the kiosks; on the second floor, a concession stand was open. At the entrance to each theater was a container with oversized disinfectant wipes.
On that particular late afternoon, I found I practically had the place to myself. Never before have I been to a film screening in such a large theater with only two other people. Definitely an interesting experience. The three of us spoke after the film ended. We agreed that we had made a good choice as the feel-good movie we saw had, indeed, made us feel good. I plan to return soon.

De bioscoop is erg verouderd, van het interieur tot de stoelen en technologie. Daarnaast was het erg vies, mensen niet heel vriendelijk en was zowel kaartje als eten erg duur.

Great location in Boston just off the Common; lots of theaters and typically lots of offerings. Concessions are off the chart expensive and most of the theaters regularly smell like they need a good cleaning.

I bought my ticket through Fandango, because I was coming from out-of-town and it was the premier of Downton Abbey. The website as well as the promo for the theater before the movie showed plush reclining seats. This theater didn't have that kind. In addition, the seat I selected had a broken armrest, but I was fortunately able to move to another seat. I think one reviewer's term "tired" was a good description. Too bad, in a city that large.

Easy to use touch screens for ticket ordering, huge portions of tasty popcorn and comfortable seats made for a good cinema experience.

We came here to see Spiderman, and it was a relaxing way to spend an afternoon and a welcome departure from tourist activities. It's pretty old and tired with just average seats and decor. Service was ok; we asked a question but had bought our tickets on-line in advance. Convenient location across from Boston Common. In such a busy area, it would be great to renovate to a dine-in theater with recliners.
