Here we have a large corporation with their corporate headquarters in the building above this public space. They opened the space to connect with the community and allow artists and designers to showcase their work. There is free WiFi and a coffee shop. Some folks actually work here. They have desks, tables, counter, couches, overstuffed chairs and some very nice cars. It is open air but can also be closed. They also rent it out for events.
If you visit, note how the cars are positioned on the fashion runway under the lights like the fashion models would be. There are a lot of little design details that went into this place.
This was also the first place I had an environmentally friendly carton of water instead of a bottle.

Visited the Cadillac House on a weekday afternoon because I was intrigued by the concept. The work/gathering spaces were very inviting and attractive. There's a coffee bar in the space, along with a gallery currently exhibiting an interactive work called, "Toilet Paper Paradise". The exhibit was very popular and the whole Cadillac House concept was exciting. It's worth a quick visit if you're in the neighborhood.

This is a great spot to get a coffee and get online. They have lots of comfortable seats and tables. They also have two art installation areas which were a sight sensation. We went there on a cold rainy morning and it was the perfect place to warm up and plan our next move.

The ground floor of this building functions partly as a classic Cadillac showroom, but it goes far beyond that as the clean, modern, open space is also part coffee house, part art exhibition/design gallery and part pop-up store. While this sounds somewhat incongruous, there were quite a few people there early on a Tuesday morning, some drinking coffee with pastries, some looking at art books, some viewing one of the gallery's non-traditional exhibitions "Toiletpaper Paradise". This wild exhibition shows psychedelic domestic settings (kitchen, bathroom, living room, bed room) as an exuberant riot of color, comic imagery and unusual accessories. It's a small exhibition and after immersing yourself in it for 15 minutes, the "real" world seems colorless and drab. Exhibits vary, so check before you go. Toiletpaper Paradise runs until April 12, 2017.

Sleek Coffee House located in a Cadillac Showroom. You walked past classic Cadillac to get the counter. The style is very open, with a contemporary flare. Even the bathrooms are stylish and sleek. At the far end, there is an open sitting area to lounge and sip coffee, visit or do some work. Great cappuccino and chocolate buckwheat cookie.

You do not have to pay to enter. It is an open space with shared business. You enter and walk pass unique Cadillac to go to Joes Coffee House. While sipping coffee in a modern environment you can look at Cadillac.
