Highly recommended personal tour with Joel. So much history in such a a small area and it is accompanied by photos on a tablet which give it great context

first and foremost, our guide Joel was wonderful and very informative. He was also very animated which i loved because we may know how melancholy some guides can be but not Joel! Very in depth with key points and never was slow to answer any of our questions. Very great Tour.

If organised crime is of interest to you then this is the tour for you. Joel, our tour guide, took time to get to know us and take us through the history of the mafia before we set off.
The tour is well paced and is at times amusing with anecdotes and grizzly stories that paint a picture of what Little Italy was like as it became more and more populated.
The location is right where a lot of mob hits took place and covers their hangouts. Plenty facts as Joel is an expert with well rehearsed and researched topics.
I recommend it.

Extremely knowledgeable and learned a lot. Walking is manageable as there is a lot of stopping and it’s within a concentrated area. Highly recommend!

If you are interested in the mob and it’s history in New York then this tour is excellent. Joel our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. You also get to see Queens which you may not get to do if on a holiday to New York. I would 100% recommend this tour if you are at all interested in the mafia or even a passing interest through movies

I have been interested in the American Mafia, especially the New York Mafia for a number of years. Although I had quite a bit of knowledge, this tour took it to the next level. You will hear stories of how the mob started, and its history up to modern day. You will be shown a multitude of infamous mob sites. My friendly guide had wealth of knowledge on the subject. Whether you know a bit about the mob, or no knowledge at all, and want to learn about this dark part of US history, this is the tour for you. Worth every cent.

Really enjoyed this! We did the group walking tour with Joel as our guide. He was great! So much information and he brought it all to life for us.

Joel was our guide. He was funny and informative. He gave us great information and had tons of pictures to show. If you love old mob stories this tour is a must. It’sa great way to see Little Italy a Chinatown.

Hi, I'd like to book a Jewish Lower East Side tour. I have a few people interested but not sure exactly how many can make it. Can I book the $245 tour and leave open the number of people for now (it will be under 10 for sure---most likely under 6).
