I purchased the insurance package along with my cameras. When my camera broke, they took care of all the repairs effortlessly and even gave me a $50 gift card for the wait. Loved every bit of my experience and how the processed was handled.

This used to be a great store, but after more than 2 decades of shopping here, I’ve had enough. The customer is LAST here and certainly not a store I would recommend. There loss is Amazons gain.

Amazing store with excellent prices and a wide variety of products to choose from. A top-notch sales staff to help you in the decision making process.

Always fascinated by the efficiency of the network of conveyor belts moving items around the store from the stock area to customer service. This place is my go to for all my tech, photography, computer and audio hardware. Even if you're not shopping its just as amazing watching the store in action.

B&H is not a reputable source to buy camera gear. In my personal experience, they are not able to provide the services they claim to and their customer service team is not able to find a resolution. Despite having a large selection of items, and a nice webpage, this company will rip you off. Do not buy from them and do not visit their retail store unless you inspect the items in person and verify that your order is complete

B&H is like a Disneyland for fans of photography and video. It is a must see. Excellent place to shop as well. Knowledgable friendly staff. No sales pressure. Great inventory. Get their "Payboo" credit card to save on sales tax.
