My service started 30 minutes late due to circumstances beyond the staff’s control. When I made the appointment, I was not given all the information I needed to prepare for the service and had to leave the center with wet hair. Not optimal since I had a doctor’s appointment following the spa service. It’s not a big spa and the environment was calming and comfortable. Changing areas small and have no amenities like a blow dryer. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My service provider was VERY knowledgeable and each stroke of her fingers seemed purposeful and wonderful! I found the pricing for my specialized service a bit on the high end especially with included gratuity. Product lines are very nice. I did make a second appointment which includes multiple services before I left. Despite the few hiccups, I recommend this spa and look forward to my next appointment.

Magic, heaven -- paradise - all the things! I am not a dramatic person but this company - this experience - deserves all the drama I can muster! it is top tier all the way--- an experience I will never forget. I had the 1 and half hour chakra rebalancing with Megan.

I was recommended to come to this spa. Will be going where I have previously had better customer service and friendly staff. Called a week in advance to not have a return call. Rebecca was not willing to make accommodations for her short comings.

After 3 years of exceptional experiences at the "retreat," today was a disappointment. We drove three hours just because it's always been an amazing experience. Today, the noise level of traffic during our treatment, the thin worn robes, and the piece of towel I was asked to use in place of a weighted eye mask was a sad use of time and money.

My adult daughter and I were visiting Little Rock from Frisco TX last week and booked massages and facials based solely on reviews. We were not disappointed! The day was lovely thanks to the wonderful services of Polly (facials) and Meghan (massages). They were both so nice and so professional! Additionally, thanks to Sherry at reception who was so very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend! It was a perfect day!

I’ve had a massage and facial at Copper Well Retreat and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. I walked away feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Highly recommend!

My first massage was a few months ago and it was an amazing experience, highly recommended. The atmosphere is very soothing and the entire staff was great.

Copper Well Retreat is my absolute favorite! Prior to coming to CWR, I was someone who went to a new place every time I went to get a massage because I wanted to “shop around” until I found somewhere that was consistently good. This went on for a couple years before I landed at Copper Well. The place is beautiful, homey & very peaceful. I have had massages by several different staff members and I always leave happy! There are so many options as far as services (many I would love to try one day!) I would 10/10 recommend Copper Well Retreat… and that’s coming from a pretty picky client!

My mom and I greatly enjoyed our spa services here! The space itself is so relaxing and inviting, the staff were friendly and professional. We both had different massage services and then tried out the infrared sauna. My massage left me completely relaxed and reset. My mother said her massage and facial was fabulous as well. We finished off our time there with the sauna. My mom says that she wished she had chosen to do the sauna before her facial, but besides that modification we had nothing but a great experience at copper well. Absolutely will return!
