I am a fan of their on site brewed Belle of Dayton Gin. Went with my cousin for my birthday and fell in love with the place

Pretty nice little place downtown. I've been in a few times for drinks since they opened and it has generally been a good experience. The bar's cocktail menu has a good mix of classics for those who don't like to get too adventurous with their drinks and some more modern/unique cocktails for those who like to try something new. Prices are reasonable overall for the quality of the drinks. My only complaint is that I don't really find the staff to be particularly friendly. On my last couple of visits I was served by a bald-headed gentleman who might be one of the least friendly bartenders that I've encountered. But, as long as you don't mind that the service probably isn't going to impress it's a pretty decent option for a good drink.

My cousin took me here for my birthday and it was a wonderful and unique stop for us. I tried their gin that was made on site and would definitely recommend it to anyone who gets a chance to go there.

Stopped off after play one evening in Nov. Interesting place in that it is an alcohol distillery and bar, not the typical restaurant/bar. Nothing fancy inside, wide selection of alcoholic drinks. View of the distillery while sitting at the bar. Had a in-house gin martini and my wife had a French 75 with their gin as well. Good but priced at premium level and maybe not that good. Would go back for a casual drink to try something else.

Attached to the distillery is a small place that makes Craft Cocktails. They obviously use their own spirits, but they have a good assortment of others. Reminds me of The Patterson House in Nashville, but smaller and not as large of menu. If not sure what to order, give them some ideas of what you’ve like and I’m sure they can make you something.

Shift up your Saturday routine and take a tour of the Belle. We did and discovered this gem in the Gem City. A couple of brothers, entrepreneurs, have created this distillery and brand, and they give tours followed by tastings at the end. These are premium spirits and engaging young men. We toured as our 'happy hour' to start off an evening in the Oregon District (followed with dinner at Roost, also fabulous).

A fun evening activity, only $10 and you get a souvenir glass! You see their distilling operation and learn about the process from raw grains to bottled product. Afterwards there is a tasting of four of their spirits....including Hell's Vodka. It's super spicy, but you have to try it!
