I booked a trip in April to climb Devils Tower in July. At first, Andy was easy to get ahold of and we got the trip scheduled. I filled out the paperwork, put down the $350 deposit and he promised to be in touch closer to the date. In June, after multiple phone calls and emails to try to contact Andy, he unexpectedly canceled the trip and said we needed to reschedule. I have not been able to get in touch with him to date (8 months now). Totally unprofessional. $350 was never refunded. Don't trust this guy!

We have all rock climbed in the gym before, but never vertically climbed a real live rock, so we enlisted the help of Andy at Tower Guides. Andy was so great to work with – his calm demeanor and proper safety equipment had me at ease as we began our hike up Devils Tower Monument. One by one we tucked our fingers into the crevices and balanced our toes on the ledges and made our way toward the top. The adrenaline high was insane!
