A fantastic and fun walk thru old town Philadelphia. Our guide, Seamus, was knowledgeable, articulate, and a fun guy. In addition to pointing out, for example, Independence Hall, we got a walking tour of the oldest continually-occupied street in the U.S., Christ Church, and much more. Highly recommended.

My girls and I loved this! We went on this tour one day during my bachelorette celebration and it was such a great way to see the sites around Philadelphia, laugh a lot, and of course drink. I highly recommend it!

This was a great tour, and our guide Shamus had everything you want in a tour guide... knowledge, humor, patience, and proper pace. He honestly was the best tour guide we have had in a long time. The tour itself hit a lot of cool historical points in Philadelphia, and it never felt like walks were too long. Everything was in a nice central area. We recommend this tour!

Our family enjoyed our tour of Philadelphia in August. Warren was a friendly, energetic, outgoing tour guide who made everyone feel welcome! The highlight of the tour was running up the Art Museum steps and waving to the Rocky statue. However, contrary to its name, this "family tour" is really not suitable for families. Our children (ages 14 and 11) were by far the youngest people on the tour; everyone else was in their late 20s or older. There was a distinct party vibe on the bus -- lots of loud music, swearing, and suggestive/sexual humor (both from the tour guide and from the lyrics of the songs that were played). We enjoyed learning several facts about Philadelphia from Warren, who was clearly knowledgeable about the city and its history, but the informational parts of the tour added up to less than 10 minutes out of the 2 hours we spent on the bus. For adults who are looking for a fun outing combining a bit of sightseeing with a lot of dance music and BYOB, this is a great choice. For families with kids under the age of 16, or for people who are hoping to learn more than a few superficial facts about the city and its history, look elsewhere.

Great tour and informative guide. He even gave us more history based on the places we told we we were going to later in our visit that weren’t on the tour.

Hello, if you're taking our "Historically Hilarious" BYOB trolley tour we'll make a restroom stop by the Philadelphia Museum of Art. If you're taking our "Philly Phables" walking tour we can make a bathroom stop at one of the coffee shops along the way.

All of our tours are kid friendly unless they specify 21+. If you're taking our Historically Hilarious BYOB tour I would recommend the 1pm time slot.

Yes, the trolley is heated. You should still bundle up as you will also be outside a lot too. It was so fun - enjoy!

Quick question on the walking tour. Does this tour actually take you into some of the buildings (i.e. Independence Hall, Liberty Bell Center, etc)?

The tour does not go into Independence Hall or the Liberty Bell. They do tell you about both places while you are outside but you need tickets to go into Independence Hall. That being said we booked a private tour for our Boy Scout troop and the boys loved it. I hope this helps.
