Great tour! Owen was a wonderful guide. We had a blast learning about Philly and an even better time tasting the food throughout the city.

I would have liked to see a better restaurant selections. Yget a mini soft pretzel from Philly pretzel factory, a small slice of tomatoe pie, a small cheesesteak from unknown restaurant a cookie and a donut from reading terminal.
But the guide was terrific and I learned a lot more about the history of some of these foods and the area.

Thank you very much for your honesty! Firstly, we're grateful for your kind words about the Tour Guide; we take great pride in our team and appreciate your compliments. Our tours generally visit locally-established shops, which tend to be the less commercialized places, but we hope that the tastes and flavors were still enjoyable. We throughly enjoyed our tour with guide Kaitlyn P. She was engaging and informative as we walked the streets and sampled some delicious Philadelphia favorites. We highly recommend this tour and be sure to bring your appetite!

Food tours are one of our favorite ways of visiting a city. You learn aspects of the city and its history that you'd never find out from a standard historical tour and, well, the food is delicious! This was a particularly good tour. Our tour guide, Kaitlin P., was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Philadelphia and its cuisines. You'd think that a tour that features things like pretzels, tomato pie, and cheesesteaks would be pedestrian, but it was absolutely incredible!

Kaitlyn was wonderful! She introduced us to several Philly treats and all were delicious. We also enjoyed the added bonus of some historical info about the city and several buildings. Kaitlyn thoroughly enjoyed her job and was very friendly. Great tour!

The tour itself, and our guide Steve, were great. A good amount of walking and sights, fun history tidbits and interesting backstories, and Steve explained tomato pie perfectly!
Our tour was 3 full hours and I wish we'd been able to try more unique items (maybe contrast examples of a traditional style item and a new interpretation), and would have been happy with smaller amounts of more things.
I also appreciate that all the tour could provide us with was water, but just pointing out the option to get other beverages when appropriate/available would have been awesome. I also wish we'd spent more time in Reading Terminal and actually gotten to go to the different stalls rather than having the two food items handed to us and going to sit in the food court.
I will definitely try another tour that this company offers; I think I may have chosen the wrong one for what I wanted food experience wise, but the conversation and experience as a whole was lovely.

Our guide Owen led a group of 8 including my wife and me. We walked to several places around City Hall, sampling iconic Philadelphia dishes and seeing interesting landmarks. Owen was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended, we will do more food tours with this company.
